Tech Mike H. was awesome: Professional, polite, friendly, thorough, and on time. All things 2 Thumbs Up!!
Quinton, was very professional and courteous. Great company JAKE answered all my questions about the sugar ants that I've been seeing and promised to come back for no charge of it doesn't get better Always helpful and will come back if I feel like my spiders are still making their way in. They use pet safe spray on the inside of the house which is nice.
Love the company they are very professional and Jacob is the best he is efficient and professional and does a thorough job at my home.
Friendly and made sure everything I requested was complete over and beyond
All of the technicians I’ve had have been wonderful! Jakob is professional, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and has a great attitude every time. He (and the others) are also patient. Never pressed for time, they always answer my question- even in detail- about spiders, ants, moles or whatever I’m trying to…
Educational, polite, knowledgeable
Joe is fabulous. He always calls when he get here to make certain our dog is inside . He is thorough, professional and really knows his stuff. Recently we have had issues with moles and he spent a lot of time on that. My husband went out to see what he was doing and they talked the whole time. Joe is a great educator as well.
Pest solutions and there extremely professional and awesome staff and technicians are a pleasure to do business with.
3 weeks ago I was attacked by a swarm of yellow jacket bees. I ran my lawnmower over a hole in the ground near an old growth stump in my yard and a few seconds later, I was bitten and stung by numerous bees. Today Insight Pest Control came out for my 12 week service and sprayed the nest and dug out the hive.…
As always Ken was on his A-Game. Figured out the excess of bee’s were merely foraging and applied a treatment to the interior and exterior of the house.
Jakob came to the house for a follow and double checked everything was takin care of and gone. Came on time and quick and what he did. Great follow up appointment! Thanks, Blake Daniell
Auston does an incredible job. He is knowledgeable and takes time to make sure that I am always satisfied.

James was very professional He asked if we had any new issues and I mentioned moles. He called the office and was able to add the service for free. The communication with The Insight Pest Solutions office was on point for my appointment! The Service Technician, Kenny was a breath of fresh air. Great job very informative thank you very much
Jason arrived in the timeframe promised. He was courteous and listened to our concerns. Very glad we selected Insight and that Jason was our service technician!
We have had insight pest solutions for 3 years now and I highly recommend them. They take care of anything you need, and come out in between their quarterly visit if you are having a pest problem and let them know. The only time we have had a problem in between is when some sugar ants started coming through our…
John is always very professional explaining everything he finds and how to go forward. He handles each task proficiently and always resolves the problem and makes sure he does a follow-up which I appreciate. It's hard to find someone who takes their job seriously so don't let him go!
Cole did a great job. He removed a few dead hornets nests along with a couple small live ones. He did a good job of cleaning up and treating the area.
Great service as always Andrew is a friendly, professional and good at his job
Cole arrived exactly at 4pm. I appreciated his punctuality, friendliness, professionalism and knowledge.
Insight is always very polite & respectful. Insight always does a great & thorough job.
Excellent service.
Good job and very personable.
I have been using Insight Pest Solutions for over three years now. My service tech today was Nathan who seemed like a very competent tech. The service lasted no more than 5 minutes. Not too sure what I am paying for. I plan to discontinue my quarterly service.
Matt was extremely professional. He was on time, communicated clearly, and efficiently got the job done. I’d love to have Matt out again for my next quarterly service!
Qe’Andre was professional, knowledgeable, and on-time. He listened to my concerns about the ant problem we are currently experiencing, took care of the problem and also, conveyed, should we not see results, to please let him know and he’ll return to administer another round of insecticide.
Kaden was very thoughtful fast and efficient. Very helpful with checking surrounding areas. And fast and efficiently got rid of the bee problem that we had. Highly recommend this company and him.
Alex came out to my home today to rid my lawn of yellow jacks. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Also he dealt with wasp nest high in the peak of my second story which he could reach with the pompon pole. I garden a lot and it’s such a relief to know Insight takes care of dangerous wasps and yellow jackets…
Andrew was very professional and explained in detail what was going to be done. He also found a couple of beehives that I didn’t know existed. Thank you very much for taking care of the bees/spiders. And an additional thank you for your guidance on how to fix the weatherstripping on my garage door.
The team is very consistent. No matter what tech comes to the house they always do a great job. During the summer its not unusual for me to call and have them come out a second time due to the wasp nests coming back and they gladly send out a tech at no charge to knock them down again. Very rare to see a spider in…
I thought he was very thorough in telling me what he was going to do and did it very proficiently.
This is by far the best company out there and trust me, I’ve tried several over the years for being a home owner for 20+ years.
Kaden was super. Thorough. Understood our concerns. Keep this guy around

Insight was quick to find us an appointment for our service. Jacob C. our technician was on time, friendly, informative, thorough and even reminded me to take my dog out one more time before he began his service :) I would recommend InSight Pest Solutions again, thank you Jacob C!
***CAVEAT*** We have not had good service from Insight until very recently. We've had a revolving door of technicians that come in and out of the company and most did a terrible job, we were close to firing the company. That said, James E recently took over supporting our account and he's been a huge breath of…
Thanks, Noah, for keeping the ants and rats at bay. UPDATE: Raising rating from 4* to 5* Thanks, Zackary, for making a special trip to treat the carpenter bees, and giving the rats some extra bait.
I could hear bees in the vents of my fireplace. They weren't coming in the house yet. Couldn't tell where they were coming in at, but I always checked in the middle of the day. Was told they come and go mornings and evenings. Appt was made for morning and after a bit we saw two bees going in around the chimney. The…
Troy with Insight from Puyallup knocked down many different types of bee's nests from the very high eeves of our house. He arrived right when he said he would and finished the job really fast. His personality was the best! We are selling this home and needed the nests removed asap. We really appreciate Insight…
We just had Clayton out at our property 135 1st Ave N Algona, WA 98001 for a quarterly service and he provided excellent customer service that I am very appreciative of. New customer. I'll wait to give a better review until we have used them for a while. As far as the initial service... Ken was a pleasure to work with, very personable and a fun conversationalist. Will followup after one year.
Had a tech named Noah, he took the time to listen to where our problems were and hit each and every one. Even took out a wasp nest which has plagued our hose for a couple years now. He even went out of his way to get to know us which he didn't have to do. He was very professional and I would not only recommend this service but him as a tech.
Our Insight exterminator, McKay arrived on time this morning and had such a professional & kind demeanor. Very interactive and a pleasure to have in our home! Such a Great Service & Biz!!!
Heather again did a great job. Appreciate her friendly attitude and professionalism.
I met with Clancy and sign up for the service yesterday. I had the initial inspection/treatment of crawl spaces, house exterior and yard today. The technicians, Dallan (who looked liked Johnny Depp and sounded like Tim McGraw) and McKay (who looked like Ed Sheehan) arrived right on time. McKay went over my…
Been using Insight for a few years now , these folks are the real deal . The technician Parker Bridge has been our usual tech and does a superior job around our property he listens to our concerns and addresses every one of them , the best part he goes above and beyond other services with remembering our concerns…
These guys do a really good job and are very professional. They can take care of any issues that arise. Our last visit we had Greg and he did a very thorough job. Thank you.
We've worked with Insight for several years now and we're referred by a family member who also uses them. We are all very pleased with their professionalism and quality of services.
Gregg was our technician today and he was very polite and respectful of our property. He even found a $20 bill in the yard and put it in the door with the door hanger. Very honest!
Insight Pest solutions is by far the areas best pest control solutions. The techs come out on time and egar. While i run away from the creepy crawlys, they run towards them. Jakob Kafka recently came out for my quarterly routine service. As we breifly discussed the homes need, i asked the most ridiculous…

We just had our first treatment performed by Richard and Keiffer. They were right on time that we were told they would be and they were very upfront about the service and the price. Ensuring that we had no questions. They were quick and even took care of some things we didn't even know was a problem.
Chris was awesome! Very respectful and took his time here!!
Our technician, Chris Hilliard, did a fantastic job of letting us know what he would be doing as well as setting us up with a future inspection for termites. He also mentioned that it looked like we had edible plants in our garden and he was careful to avoid those. I am quite happy with the service today!
Julian G is the best employee insight has to offer! Every time he shows up my wife and I know we will have kind and professional service. Julian is the only reason we renewed our service plan!
Ryan was on time and thorough with explaining everything.
Thank you Will B and thank you Chris! I was talking with my neighbor about the bugs this year and they told me they have "bug service". I kinda laughed it off and thought bugs are a part of living in the PNW. You can't get rid of them! Then wouldn't you know it! A few days later I get a knock on the door and…
Richard was great! Informative, kind and efficient. Would recommend this service.
My tech McKay, was Amazing!!! He showed up on time and was very professional, He answered all my questions, and was very up to date on his information. The best thing about McKay, was his smile.
Samantha was here and she was AWSOME!! So nice and professional,..went above and beyond my expectations!
Ryan was right on time and was very thorough. He is very friendly and well mannered. The pets were very calm and accepting of him while in our home. That says a lot. Thank you
I met Samantha in my neighborhood and she exchanged her company details. I spoke with Chris by phone and he sent the manger JJ out the next day. These guys know there stuff and offered specific options for my needs. Chris provided a discount to help me get started and JJ added his touch to rid me of the pesky paper wasp, spiders, ants and rodents.
Insight came to our door and we signed up with Clancey. He was super friendly and professional. He was able to have A technician out within two days! Chris did a very thorough inspection of our property. He listened to my concerns and took care of them. He set multiple traps and sprayed everywhere I asked him to.…
Mike Hurst has serviced our home for the last 3 years, he has been so helpful, has always taken care of any problems quickly. Works quitely and clean. We apprciate him VERY much. We were recently offered a similar service for less $$, but we will stay with Mike. Thank you. Chris & Marie
Ken is such a delight, despite our torturing heat! He arrived as scheduled. And he was very informative and got the job done.
Very prompt and Ryan was so nice and explained everything very well
Chris H. was the tech that provided the service. He was very professional and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. Sprayed for ants, left mouse/rat traps and spread granular in the yard for ticks/fleas etc. He set up three week follow up to check traps and see if they needed to do more.
Chris Hilliard came to our home today to assist us in pest control at our home. We have an ant problem that we have not been able to get rid of on our own. Every time we have needs for indoor spraying or special attention in hard to reach outdoor spaces, Insight has been punctual and detail oriented. We hired Insight for their great reviews and they did not disappoint. Samantha, our tech, is without a doubt the reason we will continue to use their service. UPDATE! 6/2/21 Well, it’s definitely working. The remaining ants decided it was time for a hostile take over but I wasn’t going to take it. I called in the reinforcements! Isaac was our service person and did a great job
We had our initial service setup yesterday and everything seems to have gone well. Isaac did the application... was extremely professional and punctual. I had to give him access to the back alley via the garage and he took care of everything for me and closed up when he was done. Thank you for the smooth process.
Isaac came in to inspect and treat our home today inside and perimeter. Applied traps and even located an active ant colony that was waiting to enter. We will give it a few weeks and see how effective the traps and bait are.
I have been using Insight Pest Solutions for about a year and a half and they are thorough, efficient and professional. My technician Nick is always on time, friendly polite and efficient. I would recommend Insight and Nick without hesitation!
Chayne came out and sprayed for ants and spiders, set down some spider traps, and got rid of a small wasp nest in our attic. I had a couple questions about different spiders and what time of year insects seem to be most active. He definitely knows his stuff. I'll be recommending Insight to anyone I know needing pests taken care of.

I have been using a MAJOR pest control company for years for quarterly maintenance, but they weren’t very thorough. I took a leap of faith and switched to Insight. Porter Stanton was great!!! Super polite and knowledgeable on the products and services. Highly recommend this company Landon was awesome as well as he is the only reason we signed up in the first place. These guys are TOP NOTCH.

Nick W. was very helpful and took the time to spray some problem areas in the garage and basement for spiders!
Tech was very profesional and curtious. Great job
They were very friendly and curtious!
They seemed to do a good job.
Absolutely terrible. Sales people were misleading. Tried to cancel contract more than once and they would not. Paying for a “service”I don’t need. Will not even put in an automatic cancellation after contract expires. I will have to call AGAIN. My advice is to save your money and hire a one time professional exterminator when you need it.
Mike Hurst came out today to spray and he was very thorough. I told him about a mouse issue and he checked around the garage for me and told me what to look for. Great job as always Mike!
Mike H was very proficient and got the job done very well
Logan has been doing our services for over a year now. He has gone above and beyond for us and we have definitely not made his job easy. About 6 months into our services with him we saw signs of roaches that a family member had brought over on their things and he has done so much in helping get rid of them. He comes…
Our visit from Brian W. was great. Thank you so much
I've been using Insight Pest Solutions services since last summer (2019). I was introduced to the company by Kimbie, one of their representatives. At the time, I was getting some very aggressive bald-faced hornets that liked to congregate around my back porch. Within a couple weeks after the first appointment, I…
Isaac was a true professional. He was there on time. Informed me of what he was about to do. And, asked me for my input of areas that may need attention. He was polite and courteous. A true representative for Insight pest control. I highly recommend the Insight pest control company.

We recently had a service completed by Troy. Now I’m not good at getting online and writing reviews but this employee deserves recognition. He arrived on time. Was patient with me through my dogs, my baby and a Video conference call. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Not only was Troy professional, but personal. I…

Shiloh was super polite and thorough. He was on time, quick and efficient and friendly. I definitely will request for him to personally to be the one to come out to our property again! Im pretty skeptical about people doing stuff like this for our yard because we have been burned before. This was refreshing! 5 stars!!!
Isaac and Keiffer did a great job!
Shiloh, the technician, was very personable and friendly and did a thorough job.
Both Shiloh and Preston were absolutely responsible, efficient and warriors. Tackled those carpenter bees and found the queen and the underground hive. Finally we will be able to go to our side yard and we will be rid of the spiders hanging out at our doors and windows. My sister and I are so happy that we are working with insight and your remarkable crew.
David and Villy are the best. Ask for them!! You won’t regret it!!
