Outstanding Performance and Professionalism
John always does a thorough job. He checked the traps outside, under the house, and the attic, and reported what he found. He showed me the mud dauber nest he found in the attic, and explained everything. He treated the areas that needed it, and added more bait. He is a friendly, skilled and reliable technician!
James was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the service and provided great answers to my questions.
He was awesome very professional. Only problem we’re having is we’re still seeing outside bugs. They said they would come back out :)
(Insight)Hyrum was great, very professional and on time. We had 2 screens broke on our crawl space vents and he fixed those as well as pulled 3 dead rodiants out from underneath the house. Thank you for being so kind and fixing what was broke. See you again in the next few months!

Tried insight twice everyone was very polite. However politeness doesn’t replace competence or a massive lack of communication from top to bottom. The lack of communication on there part was so frustrating and the reason I have left (twice). Do not recommend this company.

I always request Al and we just love him! We have ducks, chickens, and geese on our property which attracts a lot of rodents. With his help our patio has been pest free and we no longer have rodents taking over the bird feed on a regular basis.

Crawl space inspection
I have been using Insight Pest solutions for years. They are always on time and everyone I have dealt with is respectful and helpful. On his last visit Greg removed wasp nests and took care of my ant problem. I haven't had any more problems with mice/rats and they always check to make sure everything is staying that way each time they come.
