There was a mix up in what we asked to be done and what Arturo’s invoice said, so he clarified what we wanted via phone call to me and then converted his plan over to the new requirement and now we have no more wasps, just as we asked for. Nicely done and he left the bush as intact as possible.
I had a wasp nest in some hanging rubber boots that we noticed after our last service. I asked insight to come take care of it since we were being attacked whenever we went out the back door. They responded right away and came out within days.

We use Insight for a quarterly pest service, and they have been great so far. Yesterday's service was performed by John, and while we were not home, he did a good job. What can I say about Kenny, the MVP of pest control. Very through about his job, explaining every thing he is doing and telling you why its being done. He has saved our home from ants and wasps a few times and has been successful every time. Great company and highly recommend them.
John always does a thorough job. He checked the traps outside, under the house, and the attic, and reported what he found. He showed me the mud dauber nest he found in the attic, and explained everything. He treated the areas that needed it, and added more bait. He is a friendly, skilled and reliable technician!
