Called them a year ago because we had noises in our attic and a wall, they treated the attic and outside of the perimeter of house, have not heard anything since and will continue to have them come, as I don't ever want to deal with that again. Austin did my service this time around. He did the necessary work and informed me of all that was done. He was thorough. Edit: second trip out by Dale, was also professional and efficient. Dale was concerned about our comfort if wasps came in the house and took care to wait and check for Interlopers.
Dale came to do a followup regarding a yellow jacket issue. He is always polite, professional, and thorough. There was a mix up in what we asked to be done and what Arturo’s invoice said, so he clarified what we wanted via phone call to me and then converted his plan over to the new requirement and now we have no more wasps, just as we asked for. Nicely done and he left the bush as intact as possible.
I had a wasp nest in some hanging rubber boots that we noticed after our last service. I asked insight to come take care of it since we were being attacked whenever we went out the back door. They responded right away and came out within days.

Good dude. Very friendly and efficient.
We use Insight for a quarterly pest service, and they have been great so far. Yesterday's service was performed by John, and while we were not home, he did a good job. He even removed a large yellow jacket nest hanging in the eaves on our garage that I was meaning to handle myself. I'm really glad he did it!
Dallan did awesome work, super happy.
Very professional and responsive!
Matt did a great job of identifying the wasps and explaining how he was going to treat them. When he was finished he again explained what to expect over the next few days.
Wonderful service, thank you!!!
Jorge was professional, diligent, and respectful. He is a keeper!
The technician was very professional, pleasant ant polite. He scheduled a follow up appointment to ensure we were taken care of. Also performed an additional task. The scheduler needs a little work she was pleasant but did not give us the correct time window

What can I say about Kenny, the MVP of pest control. Very through about his job, explaining every thing he is doing and telling you why its being done. He has saved our home from ants and wasps a few times and has been successful every time. Great company and highly recommend them.
John always does a thorough job. He checked the traps outside, under the house, and the attic, and reported what he found. He showed me the mud dauber nest he found in the attic, and explained everything. He treated the areas that needed it, and added more bait. He is a friendly, skilled and reliable technician!
James was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the service and provided great answers to my questions.
James always does an excellent job.

***CAVEAT*** We have not had good service from Insight until very recently. We've had a revolving door of technicians that come in and out of the company and most did a terrible job, we were close to firing the company. That said, James E recently took over supporting our account and he's been a huge breath of…

Madeleine was very professional and friendly - worked hard to eliminate the hornets/wasps that were present. Madeleine took care of the dog barn and tool shed. Had a tech named Noah, he took the time to listen to where our problems were and hit each and every one. Even took out a wasp nest which has plagued our hose for a couple years now. He assured me he would take care of the problem and that we would put a plan together to help get rid of them. Thankfully.. his plan is working since I have not heard the…
I know this is long, but PLEASE READ! Their product does not work (at the very least, for our property) and you get stuck into a contract that they give you "such a great deal" on (it's because you'll owe them if you cancel). You end up either paying a large chunk to cancel when their products do not hold up to…
