Called them a year ago because we had noises in our attic and a wall, they treated the attic and outside of the perimeter of house, have not heard anything since and will continue to have them come, as I don't ever want to deal with that again. Austin did my service this time around. He did the necessary work and informed me of all that was done. He was thorough. Edit: second trip out by Dale, was also professional and efficient. Dale was concerned about our comfort if wasps came in the house and took care to wait and check for Interlopers.
Dale came to do a followup regarding a yellow jacket issue. He is always polite, professional, and thorough. There was a mix up in what we asked to be done and what Arturo’s invoice said, so he clarified what we wanted via phone call to me and then converted his plan over to the new requirement and now we have no more wasps, just as we asked for. Nicely done and he left the bush as intact as possible.
I had a wasp nest in some hanging rubber boots that we noticed after our last service. I asked insight to come take care of it since we were being attacked whenever we went out the back door. They responded right away and came out within days.

Good dude. Very friendly and efficient.
We use Insight for a quarterly pest service, and they have been great so far. Yesterday's service was performed by John, and while we were not home, he did a good job. He even removed a large yellow jacket nest hanging in the eaves on our garage that I was meaning to handle myself. I'm really glad he did it!
Dallan did awesome work, super happy.

***CAVEAT*** We have not had good service from Insight until very recently. We've had a revolving door of technicians that come in and out of the company and most did a terrible job, we were close to firing the company. That said, James E recently took over supporting our account and he's been a huge breath of…
Mike Hurst is great!

Madeleine was very professional and friendly - worked hard to eliminate the hornets/wasps that were present. Madeleine took care of the dog barn and tool shed. Had a tech named Noah, he took the time to listen to where our problems were and hit each and every one. Even took out a wasp nest which has plagued our hose for a couple years now. When Brian arrived on Wednesday I was so happy to see him. I have been hearing rodents under my bathtub(under the house) and it's creeping me out. He assured me he would take care of the problem and that we would put a plan together to help get rid of them. Thankfully.. his plan is working since I have not heard the…
I know this is long, but PLEASE READ! Their product does not work (at the very least, for our property) and you get stuck into a contract that they give you "such a great deal" on (it's because you'll owe them if you cancel). You end up either paying a large chunk to cancel when their products do not hold up to…
never had a problem with this company, always on time
We've worked with Insight for several years now and we're referred by a family member who also uses them. We are all very pleased with their professionalism and quality of services.

I have quarterly service with IPS and I called them up about what I thought to be bees. They said they could have someone out in the next couple of days. Spiders and wasps especially love to live at our house for some reason. Richard showed right on time, got the job done in a timely manner and went beyond the expected. Thank you Will B and thank you Chris! I was talking with my neighbor about the bugs this year and they told me they have "bug service". I kinda laughed it off and thought bugs are a part of living in the PNW. You can't get rid of them! Then wouldn't you know it! A few days later I get a knock on the door and…
Insight Pest Solutions has been the best company we have used so far hands down. We had the technician named Ken come out last week and he was friendly, prompt and thorough. Called them to spray for hornets, was tricked into a recurring service that you can't cancel until you've met a minimum number of services or pay more than the services. Mike Hurst came out today to spray and he was very thorough. I told him about a mouse issue and he checked around the garage for me and told me what to look for. Great job as always Mike!
Have had this company do a contractual spray for over a year year. The best person out of everyone who has come to do the job is Nikolai! He’s the best! Logan has been doing our services for over a year now. He has gone above and beyond for us and we have definitely not made his job easy. About 6 months into our services with him we saw signs of roaches that a family member had brought over on their things and he has done so much in helping get rid of them. He comes…

I've been using Insight Pest Solutions services since last summer (2019). I was introduced to the company by Kimbie, one of their representatives. At the time, I was getting some very aggressive bald-faced hornets that liked to congregate around my back porch. Within a couple weeks after the first appointment, I…

Troy did a fantastic job! He conducted our third treatment for ants in and outside our home. We’ve struggled for years to rid ourselves of ants on our own. This company is great! They have done such a good job at communicating with us when they are coming, and asking about our needs each and every time. Troy was super friendly go with our dog, informative and engaging. So glad we chose them to service our home.
Buyer beware! If you’re signing up for this service be warned of their cancellation fee. If for any reason within the time you sign up you decide you want to cancel, you have to pay them hundreds of dollars to cancel! Absolutely ridiculous policy. In addition, after two services with this company we noticed no…
I was about to stop our service with this company because it felt like the last tech that came to our house didn't do anything. We still had wasps everywhere and ants. The mole in our yard even got MORE active. Then we got Mike Hurst as our tech and that has completely changed my view. He was thorough, explained…
Nick and Ethan are excellent. Took care of my issues and also are very respectful of my home. thanks
I had a quarterly service done and when the technician had finished, I had to point out several areas that were missed. After a couple of weeks later, I noticed several spiders, webs, and nests. Also, bees swarming around. I was ready to cancel my account with them because I was so unsatisfied. I believe in second…
