We use Insight for a quarterly pest service, and they have been great so far. Yesterday's service was performed by John, and while we were not home, he did a good job. He even removed a large yellow jacket nest hanging in the eaves on our garage that I was meaning to handle myself. I'm really glad he did it!
Jorge was professional, diligent, and respectful. He is a keeper!
I called for an off-cycle treatment due to a rat sighting in my yard. They were able to schedule to visit in a couple of days. Eric was very professional and courteous. He refilled the existing bait box, set up a second box based in where he thought the rat was living, and offered to check back within the week when…

Having Insight on retainer has been great. They come out for their quarterly treatments and also anytime we have a new issue (mice in the yard, mites in the house, spiders). They’re always knowledgeable and professional and give extra tips for how we can minimize the problems
Technician was good at explaining.
He was awesome very professional. Only problem we’re having is we’re still seeing outside bugs. They said they would come back out :)

(Insight)Hyrum was great, very professional and on time. We had 2 screens broke on our crawl space vents and he fixed those as well as pulled 3 dead rodiants out from underneath the house. Thank you for being so kind and fixing what was broke. See you again in the next few months!
Great, professional business. Always kind, always on time. Thank you!
We had to leave the house to drop off a package JUST when Liam arrived. We spoke to him through our doorbell and said that we would be home in ten minutes and please do not leave. He said that he'd happily hang out until we got back since it was crucial for us to have this service. He did both an inside and outside…

Vonia is the Greatest! She has the Customer Care gene making for a positive Customer Experience every time. My Wife Brenda and I are truly happy with Vonia's Superior work and Professionalism. Thank You Vonia!
Tried insight twice everyone was very polite. However politeness doesn’t replace competence or a massive lack of communication from top to bottom. The lack of communication on there part was so frustrating and the reason I have left (twice). Do not recommend this company.
DO NOT CALL!! After a year and my renewal coming up I reached out to just inquire about bait stations. I was told no discount. Same $623. 00 a year. Asked for supervisor and was told they were in Mexico on a retreat and someone would call me back. Waited 4 days beyond, with no response. Emailed to cancel and was…
They tried to use a mole repellent. But it didn’t work. The technician that applied the treatment was very good with his efforts. But ultimately it didn’t work. So I would not recommend this company for mole removal or repellent. Otherwise, they were very professional.
Just started using them this year and so far A++ service with A++ results. Friendly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Christopher is welcome back anytime as was extremely thorough and informative (next time don't forget to close the gate when the owner has two small dogs lol) joking aside i was very skeptical but…

***CAVEAT*** We have not had good service from Insight until very recently. The company rep always calls us a few days before our quarterly service date to check on our specific needs. You can also call them out for free anytime in between the scheduled date if you need.

Justen and Noah arrived on time. They were professional and polite and informative. Took care of everything we had discussed in a timely manner.
Had a tech named Noah, he took the time to listen to where our problems were and hit each and every one. Even took out a wasp nest which has plagued our hose for a couple years now.
