Buying a house in KC and needed a total home inspection done quickly. Inspector Nick was able to fit us in and helped out enormously. Not only quick but incredibly thorough and professional. Chelsea was our inspector and she was amazing. Incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of a home and its condition. The office was spot on with email reminders and Chelsea was at the property and working a few minutes early. I’ve had a few home inspections done in my past and I know without a doubt, Inspector Nick and his team are the all stars in this industry

Nick was incredibly thorough with his inspection and allowed me to tag along the entire time asking questions. Every part of the house was checked including the roof even though it was raining. I left the inspection feeling like I knew everything I needed to know about the house which makes the process of making the enormous decision to purchase a house much easier. Could not recommend more and if you are someone with a lot of questions or curiosities, you will not be disappointed.
