Josh was very thorough, he was on time and did a great job!
Very thorough and professional. It would be helpful if information was consistent from person to person.
Unfortunately weekend out of town went bad. Discovered bites the first morning, and more after second day at cabin. Freaked out when doctor advised they were bed bug bites. Called Bed Bug Assassins immediately. They came out next day and found a few in one bedroom. Three days later, house was treated and no sign of…

Turns out that we had a case of bedbugs. Not sure where they come from, but we had them. Tried all the home remedies and spraying that was available to us. None really helped. I had been doing research on bug removal and had seen that heat was the best option for them. I contacted them and set an appointment for…

We absolutely loved using IBBA. They were fast, responsive, professional and Doug was able to resolve our pest issue within 1 heat treatment. Hopefully we won’t have another pest issue but if we ever do we know who we’re calling!

Finally, an effective solution for bedbugs! We have made several attempts to get rid of this problem with traditional exterminators, to no avail. This worked fantastically. Technicians were friendly, efficient, and on time. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Instant bed bug assassins did an excellent job at getting rid of bed bugs. We had a huge infestation in our home after the technician came and did a heat treatment and follow up we never saw wa single bed bug.
The one day treatment was worth every penny. It’s been 3 months since the treatment and we have not seen another bug. Everyone was friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend the heat treatment.
After fighting with this bed big problem using everything spray and smoke bomb imaginable we thought that there was no way to get rid of the bugs. It was a battle we could not win. We called IBBA to see if they could come out and inspect our infestation. After the Heat treatment we have seen absolutely NO bedbugs.…
