Shai (Intact Plumbing) picked up the phone and was at our place in 30 minutes. Quickly figured out the leak (refrigerator) and fixed it by adding a valve to refrigerator intake and gave us instructions to give to for refrigeration repair. Guess who our regular plumbing service company is going forward. 😀
The plumber systematically and correctly identified the problem with my steam boiler. The part was identified and replaced efficiently. Plumber Rios did a great job and is a credit to Intact. Thanks for a great job!
