Intact is an absolutely amazing plumbing crew! They’ve come to my rescue many times. Recently, my pipe was badly clogged, and I couldn’t use the kitchen sink at all. Shai and his team fixed it quickly and efficiently — as always, their service was outstanding, and they left the site spotless! We’re so lucky to have Intact right here in the neighborhood!

We had a blocked drain pipe that was catching washing machine lint and kitchen grease. Gary was able to snake it and now it’s all cleared out.
I had a leaky pipe, and Intact was able to get someone over in 1 hour to check it out, and had it repaired within the next 30-45 minutes. It was a bit pricey in my mind for replacing a very small section of copper pipe ($325), but given their quick response and quality of work I'm OK with that. Definitely reliable and would use them again!

They’re super responsive, and quick to get work done. Never had to wait more than 1-2 days for any job - including steam boiler replacement, hot water heater replacement, boiler/heating system tune-ups, etc.
I had a leak in my basement. Intact came out same day to diagnose the issue, and came back on schedule the next day to solve the problem. They did more than I expected and cleaned up really nicely. Great work. I will call again with future needs!!
