It used to be hard to find a good, honest plumber. My search ended when Shai installed a tankless Navien water heater. Even inspector noted his professional work. Lately, there was a problem with that heater. Shai made sure that replaced details are covered by warranty spending time to contact the company. I highly recommend Impact plumbing.
