We've been running our payroll with Andy and his team for a while now, and I can't recommend them enough. Andy consistently goes above and beyond his normal duties. I sometimes feel bad asking for help, but he always reassures me that I can count on him for anything and he means it. He truly knows his stuff and always gives me the best recommendations on how to handle difficult situations. Working with him makes payroll smooth and stress-free every single time. He's excellent at what he does and genuinely the best in the business. Raquel, Miguel, and everyone else on the team are just as great they really are a top crew. We love working with all of them and trusting them with our payroll. If you're looking for a team that actually cares and delivers, this is it. they're a 5 Star Crew and the company is really lucky to have them.

Andy Orozco was super helpful getting our payroll set up. He made the whole process easy and was quick to respond anytime we had questions. He also helped fix issues we had from our previous payroll company and made sure everything was taken care of correctly. Really appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend him

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This company completely mishandled our W-4 withholdings, which resulted in a massive and unexpected tax burden at the end of the year. A mistake this serious should have been handled immediately and professionally, but instead it turned into a drawn-out mess with no accountability. The moment the issue was uncovered, communication became incredibly slow and unhelpful. Responses often took days to weeks, and only happened upon reaching out multiple times, updates were constantly pushed out, and there was never a sense of urgency to actually resolve the problem. It felt less like they were trying to fix a serious error and more like they were hoping we’d eventually stop pushing. After nearly a month of delays, excuses, and going in circles, we were essentially told, in a more polished way, to “go kick rocks” and figure it out ourselves. What’s most disappointing is the lack of ownership. We trusted this company to handle payroll and tax withholdings correctly, that is the entire job. Instead, their mistake directly impacted employees financially, and their response was to deflect responsibility and blame us for not double-checking their work. Mistakes happen in business. But ethical companies own them, communicate clearly, and make a real effort to correct them. This company did none of that. They were slow, dismissive, and completely unwilling to make it right. If you use them, assume you’ll need to triple check everything yourself because if something goes wrong, don’t expect urgency, accountability, or support. On top of this, when the issue was originally uncovered they gave financial advice that INCREASED the tax burden and again refused to help.

Integrated is a great company! They do everything very professional and everyone works together in this company. They got it all from bookkeeping, time tracking, insurance and payroll. I recommend Andy for your payroll he has helped me out in so many ways! Definitely worth it to work with these guys check them out!

Very bad customer service. They ignore their customers and don’t respond when you need help. I had a bad experience and felt like my concerns didn’t matter to them. I would not recommend this place.

This business is the best! I started back in 2004 when getting a contractors lic was alot harder. The owners Flynn Terry, and there right hand girl Heather Berry easily assisted me in getting licensed and keeping my business in line with all the overwhelming buisness paper shuffle and stuff. They have without a doubt the best customer service and the cheapest rates by far that I have found in my 25 years plus in the construction industry. Awesome company and the best well trained staff, Shylee in there insurance department top notch! Thank you all!
