Every technician that has come to my house has amazing customer service and always so kind, thorough with their work and answer my questions. Any time I have called during and outside business hours I have been met with professionalism and have my concerns taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you!
Great service , we’re always flexible with scheduling and never a problem if they needed to come back. Also give shoutout consideration I had to leave my contract due to military orders . They were able to work with me and I would definitely go their route. If I move back I know who to go to .
Excellent customer service from start to finish! Erick was incredibly professional, punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. From the moment I first called and spoke with Benji, I felt confident I had chosen the right company. He told me I would definitely want to work with them again—and he was absolutely right.…
Love the attention to detail. Definitely recommend!
Got there quick and went right to it, doing a real through job
Alex and Patricia have always been so professional, knowledgable, prompt, and caring. They provide excellent service. They immediately answer calls and schedule service in cases of emergencies (we've had a couple of instances where we called them and the promptly delivered for us). I highly recommend them.
I wouldn’t trust any other inspection company. I always recommend my buyers, friends and family. They are the absolute best TREC licensed experts in El Paso. We are also BB Rentals managing 80+ homes in El Paso and they do all our monthly pest control services.
Jeff & his team are professional and top notch. Won't hesitate to use them again.
The timeliness, was more than I could expect. I was across the nation at the time of inspection, and I feel my needs were met above and beyond.
It’s was of good quality
Integrity Pest and Termite did an excellent job with my home inspection and pest/termite inspection. They were timely, knowledgeable and provided great service. Highly recommend them for your home inspections needs.
Our inspector was VERY thorough- he literally looked at everything and documented literally every crazy or anything that he saw. He even took videos and had a ton of pictures to reviews. He was honest and fair in his assessments- would highly recommend. The company followed up the next day to make sure I didn’t…
Integrity Pest and Termite's team was very thorough in their inspection compared to others contractors who visited our home and even showed us how to spot signs of any infestation. I have had the pleasure of doing business with Integrity Property Inspection on 4 different homes now. They never disappoint. They ensure they do their job so that the buyer and seller can make better informed decisions.
Integrity Pest and Termite did a house inspection for termites prior to my purchase of a house. Integrity Inspection did a pre-buy house inspection. Both inspectors were great! Professional, informative, friendly, and knowledgeable about their areas of expertise. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
