From the start , Britta provided a safe, kind, welcoming space for my healing journey. Britta's intuitive sense on what healing modalities to use and when was truly amazing and such a blessing. Today the sun is shining again and I am able to walk 15 to 20 thousand steps a day pain free. I have made more progress with my emotional and physical pain that I could ever imagined ! Britta served as an anchor to walk with me through one of the hardest chapters in my life. There were forces of fear and doubt that kept me locked from following my heart and creating the life I longed for.
