Cliff with Investigator Home Inspections is a master home inspector, and I don't say that lightly. I've been a Realtor for 13 years with over 900 transactions, and I've worked with a lot of inspectors across Fort Worth and DFW. Cliff is the one I personally use. He doesn't just hand clients a report full of jargon.…
I had a great experience working with Cliff. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how easy he…
Cliff was very thorough and his report was clear with photos. He explained everything that he noted and showed them to me. His report was very quick so I could give it to my builder immediately. I would highly recommend him.
Very professional and knowledgeable would recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection. Even came out on a Sunday. 5 out of 5!
Incredible attention to detail. Cliff did a fantastic job inspecting our property. I will definitely use him again in the future!

Great service! He was pontual and very detailed on his work. It was a pleasure to have a professional that knew what he was doing.
After our original inspector didn't come through at the last minute I called Cliff with Investigator Home Inspections to see if he could come do an inspection same day. He was able to squeeze us in (thanks to a last minute cancellation) and came out to inspect our new build home. Cliff was thorough, polite and…
Cliff does outstanding work. We had him inspect our two new builds out in Pilot Point. I had some concerns about insulation and moisture and wanted an inspection that covered those. Cliff walked us through all of his findings, showed us the thermal imaging, and things he thought might be problematic. We'd noticed…
They were able to squeeze me last minute into their schedule and were very informative ! Would definitely recommend!
Cliff was so great throughout the entire experience. He was always quick to respond, his inspection was thorough, and he got us the report the same day. Overall it was the best experience we could have imagined for an inspection of our new home.
Extremely thorough and communicated in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommend!
Great service, very thorough.
Outstanding service. Cliff was extremely thorough and walked us through explaining everything.
This is our second time using Cliff and we are just as impressed as the first time. He's honest about where he thinks actual problems are and what he has to put in the report, but isn't a big deal so you know where to put your time and effort. He's so thorough and checks on things I didn't even think about. This is…
Answered all my clients questions and concerns. Detail-oriented.
Cliff performed the inspection on our newly purchased home. I would completely recommend him to anyone. He is the epitome of professional and he is extremely knowledgeable on everything he was inspecting. He pointed out numerous things and wrote up an excellent report.
