My company is based out of an IA building and IA does such a nice job managing our property. When a problem arises, the team is quick to respond and they are very friendly. They do a lot of fun things for their tenants such as cookouts, giveaways, etc. Strongly recommend!

We are very happy with our experience with IA! They are an excellent property management company, so responsive, and thoughtful! We have complete access to shared spaces in our business park managed by IA, even if they are not in our building, which makes it a breeze to book rooms for meetings, and of course, happy hours! During the summer, IA brings in Food Trucks, hosts social events, and goes above and beyond to make sure each tenant is looked after. Maintenance requests are always taken care of within 48 hours of requesting. We cannot recommend this property management company enough to anyone looking for a new space!

Five-Star Office Space!
We absolutely love our office space here — it’s truly a game-changer compared to where we used to be in Fitchburg. Everything about this building feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully maintained. From the moment we moved in, we noticed the difference.
The cleaning team does an outstanding job. We leave each night and return in the morning to a spotless, professional environment — it really sets the tone for the day. Parking is never an issue, even in winter! Snow removal is prompt and thorough, and the grounds are beautifully kept. They even plant flowers and make sure they’re always watered — it’s those little touches that make a big difference.
One of my favorite perks? The large meeting rooms that I can reserve with just a few taps using their easy-to-use app. It’s so convenient! And speaking of perks… they bring in food trucks regularly (delicious ones, too!), and a few times a year they surprise us with donuts. I mean, who doesn’t love donuts?! It’s the kind of thoughtful gesture that makes you feel appreciated just for showing up to work.
Anytime we’ve had a maintenance request, the response is almost instant. The building management team is incredibly responsive and professional — they genuinely care.
And the cherry on top? It’s more affordable than our last space, and yet offers so much more in terms of service, atmosphere, and overall experience.
I truly can’t think of one thing that’s missing. This place checks every box and then some. Highly, highly recommend!

I work on the second floor of an IA building on the east side of Madison and they’ve also been so attentive to anything our office needs! Love the breakfast, lunch, and raffles they provide as well to promote tenant engagement!
