Thank you so much for doing such a great job!! This old carpet looks brand new!
Ionic fresh does a very good job with the carpets, they answered and fit us in, in a timely manner, very personable people to deal with. He was very kind. They listen to every concern or question you have. this is our second time, and we’ll continue to use them!
Requested an appointment and they got us in within 24 hours. They cleaned our full basement carpets and it looks amazing. I am also a property manager in Indiana and Michigan and will be using them in the future for our 3 properties! Definitely recommend! Very informative and professional.
Cy was fantastic. Great work and very careful in the home environment. Great service, great value.
Ionic Fresh always does a great job. My technician was Si and as usual his work was excellent. A real person answers the phone when you call to make an appointment and not AI. Scheduling is easy and they are very flexible. I would highly recommend Ionic Fresh!
Great job.
Cleaned our living room and dining room with short notice, John was very professional with quick responses.
What a beautiful difference! This carpet was covered with (smelly) pet stains and bleach stains. They were able to clean the carpets and remove the odor so that no one would know what was previously there. Thank you so much! We highly recommend Ionic Fresh!
Scheduling was easy, service was prompt and they did a wonderful job. This is the second time I've used Ionic Fresh and would recommend them to anyone

The carpet is awesome. It looks and smells amazing. This man is wonderful. I will definitely call them again. He is very honest.
Ionic fresh did a great job on our basement and stairways. They removed a lot of dirt and took care of some pet stains we had. Carpets did take a couple days to dry, but look great. My mom was a little surprised when the carpet cleaner arrived in an unmarked panel van, but he was very professional and did a good job for us.
Nothing but great things to say about Ionic Fresh!! From the beginning they were great. Having just purchased our first home, we were very eager to get the carpets cleaned. I had called on a Tuesday to get about 1100 sqft of carpet cleaned. I had a wonderful conversation with the scheduler about the home and how…

I am very grateful for Ionic Fresh. I called in a very urgent situation and they sent someone out the same day. They came at 6:30-9:30pm at night, just to help me out. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely use them again!

John came on time and did a fantastic job cleaning carpet in three rooms in my home. All of the stains, including from my dog are gone! I would recommend him to friends and family members.
It's too bad that a company that operates with integrity and excellent customer service is so rare, but this company is one of the delightful exceptions. I was so pleased with the work they did. The price was more than fair, and I felt completely taken care of and valued. Great communication throughout, and my…
