We subscribe to a weekly removal service with IREP. They are reliable and professional. Without hesitate I refer friends and family to IREP.
The before and after!! Loved that I didn't even have to be home to have them take care of everything for me 🥰🥰 quick and fair priced services! And even better knowing most things won't end up in the landfield but will be repurposed, recycled, or find a new home
Very courteous, on time. Great company!
IREP is as passionate about keeping items out of our area landfills, as I am!! they are the best!!
IREP has been a godsend for us over the years, especially with my having to recover from back and leg surgeries. They're always early, always wonderfully communicative, and are glad to help us out with the seemingly endless "oh, while you're here, can we talk about XYZ" asks we have. The Johns, Chip, Gilbert, and…
AMAZING SERVICE AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE!
Chip and the whole IREP team were great! Solid communication throughout the process and the crew had my completely packed garage sorted in less than 30 minutes! They were careful, pleasant and efficient. Would 100% use IREP again.
I have used IREP many times for my business. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are great to communicate with, reliable, and always on time.
Extremely professional, efficient yet very nice to work with. Will definitely use again if needed.
Was in a bind, too much stuff, not enough space in the new pad. Decided to go with the company whose trucks I saw every week in the old apartment complex. Gilbert and Cowboy (yes, his name is Cowboy, and he’s way cool) kept me posted via text, showed up smack on the dot on time, measured the load quite favorably to…
Kelly (owner) was so kind and helpful setting up the appointment. Chip was a godsend! He showed up on time and worked hard from start to finish. I had a lot of furniture and junk that needed to be cleared out and he handled it like a boss. Can’t recommend IREP enough. Support local businesses!!
I use IREP all the time at the apartment complex i manage and they are always on time and ready to get the job done! Some of the times I've felt bad because we had a lot of junk for them to haul away but they never complain and are very professional! I will never use any other bulk pick up companies as long as IREP…
My experience was a quite positive one. Irep was responsive, on time, and did the job right. What more can you ask for?
IREP came to my house to help me declutter over 20 years of acquired yet useless shtuff! My garage was full of old furniture, a refrigerator, boxes and boxes of clothes, old bicycles, lawn mower, and the inside of the house had boxes of miscellaneous items collected over the past 20 years. Oh, and let's not forget…
These guys were on time. Paid exactly what we were quoted/ affordable. They worked fast. And were very kind. I highly recommend this business!

IREP was quick to respond to an inquiry about a hutch they were selling. They were friendly and professional! I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises. They offer so many services, its good to know you can call one place for it all!
IREP. Fair & reasonable pricing, very professional workers, on time, responsive and superb execution. Called them Thursday & they executed the job today (Monday) as scheduled. Greatly appreciated. Gilbert & Justin did a OUTSTANDING job. The icing on the cake ? They are a local business (Slaughter & SoCo) ! If you…
The men that showed up to empty the house were great! They were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. The only thing is that they forgot to empty one drawer, full of junk, that we had to deal with later. If I had caught it that day, I think they would have returned, but I didn’t catch it until…
Absolutely loved our experience with this company! We were drawn to them because they are women owned and they are big about sustainability and donating as much as they can. They had availability the very next day we reached out and they arrived on time (a little early actually which was awesome and they made sure…
Very fast estimate response. On time. Very courteous, efficient, professional and caring. I’ll definitely use them again.
Very easy to work with and done right. Smooth as can be...no hiccups.
IREP did a fantastic job. I had a garage full of stuff that I’ve been trying to get rid off for a couple of years. Gave IREP a call, they had me scheduled within the week and hauled off the junk within an hour. Super impressed with them!
My experience with IREP went very well and I would use them again if I had to … though I hope never again do we collect that much _stuff_! They were flexible and responsive, quickly addressing some specific concerns I had, as well as finding a creative way to dispose of one particularly large item. I was also…
I've worked with IREP continuously and they never cease to amaze me. Their crews work very hard, are professional, in time and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
I had IREP come by and take away many items that were not needed any more. They did a great job, and were very professional. I would definitely recommend IREP to anyone that needs to purge unwanted stuff.
Forrest and John were awesome. IREP made cleaning out my home & garage easy and affordable. Couldn’t have been easier.
I was really stressed about getting the general things removed before moving. These guys were awesome and fast!
Thank you for being so courteous and efficient, iRep! I highly recommend their services if you're looking for bulk pick-up. Best in Austin!
I have chronic pain and anxiety that often make simple tasks difficult, like breaking down cardboard and shuffling it down to my building’s dumpsters. Thankfully, a google search lead me to IREP and something that was causing shame was finally removed from my home. The customer service was wonderful, I was able to…
I found them through Groupon and so wish I had discovered them before I did. I called desperate to get a LOT of stuff taken from my niece's house. They were booked on all the dates I wanted but they worked with me to try and find a time they could squeeze me in. I was unable to be there when they arrived but the…
Fantastic ! Forest & Thomas were just super ! They weren't just fast - they hustled - amazing work attitude - No prob taking stuff I added to the job - I can move around in my garage now & really like supporting local , woman -owned business
I was very happy with the service provided. Camron and team were awrsome!
I've set a personal goal in 2021 to get closer to being a zero-waste residence and support local businesses that contribute to that goal. This means using less plastic, composting more, and making purchases from businesses that are helping prevent/remove landfill waste. I've recently found IREP Junk Removal that…
I own a property management company and we use IREP for all of our junk removal. You wouldn't necessarily expect this from a junk removal company but they are a shining example of how every company should operate. Kelly, the owner, is kind and incredibly responsive, they show up when they say they will, do an…
Amazing service with a very professional feel. The employees are very personable, and they always go above and beyond to ensure quality service.
I would highly recommend IREP to everyone. Kelly and her team ensure great customer service on every job. They're courteous, professional, and go above and beyond. They also donate, resell, and recycle items when possible to reduce the amount that goes into the landfill!
Incredibly friendly, helpful and easy to schedule! The best.
Extremely professional from initial engagement all the way through the end of the process. Kelly and her team were very transparent about their timelines to be able to schedule their earliest availability for the location requested for item removal, and were punctual. The removal crew made quick work of loading…
Great business here. Was easy to make an appointment on the phone, and was given options on morning or afternoon. On the day of removal, Forrest was courteous and helpful. He and his co-worker showed right up and got to work and hauled everything we needed to get rid of promptly.
They were flexible with my schedule and the cost was very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them and I'll be using them again myself.
