The employees are so friendly. And they can work miracles! Especially Kyle. So nice to have a neighborhood computer guy!

So wait a minute. You came in with a phone that was unrepairable and we were honest with you and didn't charge you and you give us a one star review?? Pretty lame man.
Went in and had a great experience. Soren was really friendly and super helpful in giving me a quote for my phone repair. Very reasonable price too.
Just watch out which store you go to because I went to the other IRepair store on Carlisle first, and they wanted to charge me a $30 diagnostic fee. It was just a cracked screen and bent frame, they really didn't need to diagnose much. They said I would get the $30 credited towards my repair costs, but a simple quote shouldn't require a $30 diagnostic fee when what's wrong with the phone is so clearly apparent.
I'll come back to the Las Estancia's location without hesitation.

Went in for a phone repair and my old high school friend works here! Awesome dude but the other gentleman gave me a good estimation on when my phone could be repaired and I only had to pay a deposit for a new OEM battery, even given I have a phone from OnePlus which can be more tedious to get a replacement for they were able to give me an other the phone quote that matched pretty closely with the in store repair bill. The repair took about 2 ½ hours which was a bit longer than they had said but I'm not a technician, phone charges and holds perfect now. It is 2 years old and my old battery was at 88% but wasn't very long before they battery would die. They also gave me an estimate for some replacement TMR joysticks for my PS5 controller that I may go back for the business for. Would definitely recommend their services! My friend also bought a PC tower from them too recently, has been working with no problems!
