I would never keep up with them in rescheduling because I really didn’t feel much different upon getting home. As someone who…

I recently attended my first in-person Yoga Nidra class at Irvington Wellness Center and it was a 10/10 experience! From the moment I walked in, the space had such a beautiful, welcoming energy. The teacher is super friendly and has the most naturally calming presence — perfect for this kind of practice. During the session I felt deeply present and relaxed, and even experienced strong energy sensations in my upper chakras, which was unexpected and wonderful. If you’ve been curious about Yoga Nidra, this is the place to try it. I will definitely be returning! 🙏✨

Teresa is an angel! I could tell immediately she is well-experienced and incredibly skilled in her techniques. I can only base that off of previous deep-tissue massages with other therapists. I would never keep up with them in rescheduling because I really didn’t feel much different upon getting home. As someone who has struggled with chronic shoulder and neck pain for years following an injury, I have never felt this loose and relaxed! I cannot wait for my next appointment and I am so thankful that I finally have found someone who can help alleviate my pain. Thank you, Teresa!
