Called at 7AM Saturday morning and was out same day at 5PM. Diagnostic and replaced dead capacitor and burnt contact terminal and AC is blowing ice cold once again. Recommend the Peak Protection Program for $240.00 yearly gets two maintenance / cleaning visits and - 20% off all repairs.
Good communication, professional and go the extra mile. The owner, Darrel, was the most professional and personable contractor/vendor I’ve ever worked with; he was on time, respectful of me and the property and even gave attention to my dog. Not that he needed to do the latter but it was very nice of him.

It took longer to get an appointment than I would have liked since they didn't have techs available. As a result the AC was out a few days. But once we did get an appointment they were able to quickly diagnose the problem (bad compressor fan - $1,063) and fix it to get the system back up and running. Communication was very good!

Austin was great. Fast prompt service. I had my unit fail yesterday and island breeze was out here the next morning. AC is working great now. It sucks that repairs cost so much these days but I know the owner personally and he is reputable and fair. I’d recommend island breeze, Austin and all of their techs to help you with your AC issues.
This technician knows what he is doing. I was a bit surprised at the cost of a capacitor replacement. Not cheap for a $50 part.
