I have been a long time customer of Island Breeze and they never disappoint on any of their services, technicians, price, and they NEVER oversell parts or equipment you don’t need! I just recently had 18 year old unit blow and quickly during the heat wave had a new Trane AC unit installed and cold air in no time.…
I enjoyed their "no pressure" discussion and insightful suggestions. Of 3 dealers, theirs was the best combination of price vs equipment features.
Excellent service and pricing! Replaced my old unit and it was an extremely smooth process!
Highly recommend this company, great communication, friendly and knowledgeable technicians, they stay until the job is done!
They were prompt and professional. They explained everything they did, Very happy!!
Wonderful experience!! Highly recommend!!
Excellent, trustworthy and professional air-conditioning service. A+ rating all day long...
Darrel’s technicians did a great job installing my new AC. They were on time, efficient and professional. Darrel was super knowledgeable about any questions I had during the process. This is the best HVAC company in the valley!
This is hands down the best A/C company I have ever dealt with. They are HONEST and don’t try to steal your money. I had called several companies to see what was wrong with my A/C (it was cooling off) ERNIE from island breeze was referred to me after 3 different companies came with no answers and charging me to…
I've been calling on Island Breeze for several years to maintain my Air Conditioners, and I recently hired them to replace/install one that was past its prime. I could not be happier with this company. They are honest, professional, friendly and really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for all your heating/cooling needs.
Darrel and his Team provide excellent tech service and costumer care. Special thanks to Brandon who performed our services today. He was polite and informative, taking the time to explain his inspection and showed pictures of items tested/reviewed during inspection. This is an attribute to Darrel and the training…
Showed up right on time and we wanted a check up of the A/C at the home we had just moved into. The technician spent approximately 45 minutes on our roof and then explained in detail what he observed. The unit is only 2 or 3 years old which was good news. He then showed us a complete list of the condition of our A/C…
Island Breeze is the best air conditioning company in Phoenix. I have been using them for more that 10 years and they always do an excellent job at a great price
Love Island Breeze Air Conditioning & Heating!! Our only regret is the we didn’t find Darrel Deokielal & the team at Island Breeze much sooner! We had “another” HVAC company install a new unit approx 18 months ago in an attempt to rectify a few long standing issues; excessive energy usage, very poor cooling, hot…
Island Breeze offers excellent services at fair and reasonable prices. Two technicians that I have dealt with are Darrel, the owner and Moe who are both friendly and pleasant but always professional. Both men are very knowledgeable and explain when something needs to be done in terms that I can understand, which…
10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EDIT: My reply to their comment: This is absolutely untrue. We already discussed this on FB but apparently you’re okay with lying. My husband DID NOT TOUCH THE THERMOSTAT. The only people who touched it were Brandon and Darrel. My comments aren’t rude, they are true. I hope everyone can…
Very good work ethic. Stayed till the work was done. Very nice and trustworthy. We are recommending them to my other family and friends that live in this area. We will be using them from now on.
