Island Breeze provided an awesome and fast service on our air conditioning unit.
Island Breeze Air Conditioning and Heating installed a new HVAC system in our home and they did an excellent job. The installers were very professional and provided a thorough clean up after the install. They have been servicing the HVAC system every six months and that service is thorough! Highly recommend!!
What a great company, Brandon Valdez was our HVAC Technician to come help with our AC problems. Super professional, very knowledgeable about AC systems, also fixed a problem that didn't even know was there. I will be referring and using Island Breeze moving forward with any Air Conditioning needs. Thank you…
Good communication, professional and go the extra mile. The owner, Darrel, was the most professional and personable contractor/vendor I’ve ever worked with; he was on time, respectful of me and the property and even gave attention to my dog. Not that he needed to do the latter but it was very nice of him.
Brandon did a great job of explaining the HVAC issues & offering solutions.
Darrel was great! He took the time to explain what the issues were and what to look for going forward. I really appreciate the service!
The service was wonderful service technician showed up a few minutes early went right to work did his best to get my air conditioning up and running explained everything he did every step of the way and even though they had some problems finding the part because my unit is an older unit they were able to keep my…

I cannot say enough great things about this company! From the moment we called, everyone was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our AC issue was taken care of quickly. Brandon was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and a good communicator in that he translated the many diagnostic readings he took in a manner I could understand. It was obvious that Brandon enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. We feel fortunate to have found Island Breeze for maintaining our HVAC.
Darrel was fantastic from start to finish. He was honest, straightforward, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. When an issue came up, he didn't make excuses he owned it, made it right, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was working properly before he left. It's…
Superior service and professionalism! I submitted a request late yesterday evening and Austin was at my house the next afternoon!! Quick AC service in AZ is a huge plus!!! He was honest and gave us some tips on how to help the units work more efficiently. Would definitely recommend and call for any future needs!
Highly recommended. Very professional. Prompt response. Great work. Honest and ethical.
The best! Industry standard pricing, extra labor warranties, honest techs wouldn’t go anywhere else
Great company with ethical practices and employees. Austin was great!
Very nice experience Technician was very polite and respectful --quick and easy
Isaac always does an excellent job, and I would highly recommend him and his company.
Very professional, took the time to explain the process and a fair rate.
Island Breeze always comes through. I’ve used them on 3 homes now, the most recent being a “summer emergency” - they were able to repair my unit until finally installing my new one all within the same week. Their customer service is amazing - communication is stellar and I’ll keep using them for all my HVAC needs.
The entire experience, from initial contact to work performed, was beyond expectations. Isaac was professional, courteous, and engaging. He arrived at the beginning of the service appointment window! I continue to find Island Breeze, and technicians, a company that I can recommend. Well Done!
I normally try to give companies the benefit of the doubt and address concerns privately first, but I want other homeowners to understand what they may be signing up for with the Peak Performance Plan at Island Breeze AC & Heating. My experience in September when I joined the Performance Plan for both my home and a…
Had ac tune up maintenance performed. Ask tech (about 1.5 years experience per the man himself) if evap coil cleaning is part of the tune up, found out that its just under $900 extra and if I sign up for the maintenance plan then it drops to about $700. Whatever, seems overpriced, not paying for that. When I asked…
To begin with I received a text that he was on his way. He arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He showed us what was going on with our system, now 6 years old. He told us what was a urgent need and also pointed out things we can do to help our units last longer. We will…
Island Breeze Air Conditioning is very professional and knowledgeable. I have used them for several years and have had excellent work done. They are fair and honest and will treat you right....I highly recommend them
I can’t recommend Darrel and Island Breeze enough. Great service and totally reliable! Awesome company and people.
Island Breeze A/C has always been very professional and prompt. They show up when scheduled and have that personal touch/feel as a business. Friendly, informative technicians and I appreciate the quality of their work. They always back up their work.
Very knowledgeable technicians, good customer service and affordable. My go to HVAC people
Had them out to perform a semi-annual inspection. The technician they sent out completed a thoroughly detailed inspection after testing voltages, pressures, temperatures, etc and came back with some recommendations. He was able to perform them same day, and I now have the confidence that the system will continue…
Wonderful experience!! Highly recommend!!
I very much appreciated that the technician was friendly and honest! He was very clear about how our unit operated and was able to provide reassurance that our duct work was in decent condition after previously hearing it was not from another company. I am so thankful to have found this honest company! I also…
Island Breeze was a "BREEZE" to work with, very knowledgeable, professional, hard working and willing to work with you. They completed everything I needed in a short time!
John is great! They always do a great job. Both explaining repairs and doing the repair. Thanks
Darrell has done a number of A/C jobs for us and has provided excellent customer service. If anyone in Phoenix ask who I recommend for any air conditioning service I always have them contact Island Breeze A/C.
The tech was very straight forward. No pressure. Learned alot about my system.Great experience. This company will be our go to for our hvac systems.
This is hands down the best A/C company I have ever dealt with. They are HONEST and don’t try to steal your money. I had called several companies to see what was wrong with my A/C (it was cooling off) ERNIE from island breeze was referred to me after 3 different companies came with no answers and charging me to…
Brandon was able to come out same day when our AC stopped cooling. He was incredibly thorough and honest about options for repairs/replacements since our unit is 15 years old. He gave it a good cleaning that got it back to cooling until we can determine what to replace.
Brandon was very knowledgeable and very helpful. No question was a stupid question. Had out 2 other companies one told me there was nothing wrong and the other told me it was installed wrong. Well im glad i got a third opinion thanks again for flipping my fan speed switch been running fine since. Would definitely recommend.
I've been calling on Island Breeze for several years to maintain my Air Conditioners, and I recently hired them to replace/install one that was past its prime. I could not be happier with this company. They are honest, professional, friendly and really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for all your heating/cooling needs.
