Brandon a technician came today. He was exceptional, courteous and very thorough. He checked my unit, did some troubleshooting and was able to replace a needed part quickly and gave me a discount for my membership which was very welcomed. Brandon from Island Breeze Air came out to fix my AC. It’s hard to get five star service. But I believe that’s what he gave. He was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, answered all my questions, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Highly recomend.
What a great company, Brandon Valdez was our HVAC Technician to come help with our AC problems. Super professional, very knowledgeable about AC systems, also fixed a problem that didn't even know was there. I will be referring and using Island Breeze moving forward with any Air Conditioning needs. Thank you…
Called at 7AM Saturday morning and was out same day at 5PM. Diagnostic and replaced dead capacitor and burnt contact terminal and AC is blowing ice cold once again. Recommend the Peak Protection Program for $240.00 yearly gets two maintenance / cleaning visits and - 20% off all repairs.
Good communication, professional and go the extra mile. The owner, Darrel, was the most professional and personable contractor/vendor I’ve ever worked with; he was on time, respectful of me and the property and even gave attention to my dog. Not that he needed to do the latter but it was very nice of him.
Island Breeze Air Conditioning, and specifically technician Tyler, were fantastic. I had my AC go out while I was away on vacation and they were able to get my parts ordered and system fixed in ~2 days (after another HVAC company told me it would be at least 5-7 days). Thank you Tyler and Island breeze air for such…
It took longer to get an appointment than I would have liked since they didn't have techs available. As a result the AC was out a few days. But once we did get an appointment they were able to quickly diagnose the problem (bad compressor fan - $1,063) and fix it to get the system back up and running. Communication was very good!
Brandon was very knowledgeable about what the problem was. Diagnosed it quickly and wasted no time fixing the unit.I would highly recommend him to anyone that has a air conditioner problem.
Great guy! glad to be part of the neighborhood. Will be getting more services from you. I

Darrel was fantastic from start to finish. He was honest, straightforward, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. When an issue came up, he didn't make excuses he owned it, made it right, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was working properly before he left. It's…
Highly recommended. Very professional. Prompt response. Great work. Honest and ethical.
Austin was great. Fast prompt service. I had my unit fail yesterday and island breeze was out here the next morning. AC is working great now. It sucks that repairs cost so much these days but I know the owner personally and he is reputable and fair. I’d recommend island breeze, Austin and all of their techs to help you with your AC issues.
This technician knows what he is doing. I was a bit surprised at the cost of a capacitor replacement. Not cheap for a $50 part.
The work was excellent, no issues to report
Very professional, took the time to explain the process and a fair rate.
Darrel was a BLESSING to have at our home today. He is genuine and respectful. Was informative and knowledgeable, fixed our AC unit. He is welcome in our home anytime.
My husband and I reached out to Island Breeze after learning they supported the Phoenix Cat Cafe with a new HVAC system. A tech came out to our historical home in April to investigate an attic that was somehow cooler than the home. The tech found tape on our duct work and after taking the tape off, left us with a…

Brandon showed up earlier than we were told, but didn’t have the correct refrigerant to complete the job. We were happy with the timeliness of the call.
I'm one happy customer! My AC went out last night and it's already up and running. Big shout out to my technicians Taylor and Brandon for getting me cool again and under my budget.
