I used to go here the first bar that I used to go to, but I just really toxic and their products when you taste other tea from other bars, they need to do better with their product and they never have sugar-free either. The service is OK the atmosphere not the best. Also people do get nasty with you over chairs

During my second visit—with my 7-year-old daughter—this same woman made a comment under her breath while staring at my child, then turned her back when I asked if there was an issue. The third time, I walked in, saw her again, and immediately left. Management was notified but did nothing. IDK maybe they're friends? It’s unfortunate that one toxic presence can ruin the atmosphere of an otherwise inviting space. I won’t return. Has anyone else encountered this situation or was I the unlucky one.
