These guys are very professional and personable. Joshua did a good job of explaining their approach which seems quite good.
I’m happy to report that after four years of service, Issaquah Pest Control remains a local, trustworthy, and effective pest control company. When a problem pops up, like sugar ants or wasps, they respond quickly. Their office staff make a special note of my concerns and requests. Their techs are personable, kind…
We've been working with Issaquah Pest Control for all of our pest control issues for at least 2 years now. They have such down to earth, hardworking, reliable, responsive, and compassionate employees from the folks on the phone at the desks when you first call to schedule and/or just ask questions to the individuals…
Technician Josh Andrews is very professional and helpful. He came in and first inspected the exterior of the house while doing the external insect treatment/spider web removal. And then came inside to inspect the attic and confirmed that there's no rodent activity. He also replaced the sticky traps in the garage and…
These guys are great to work with. Easy to schedule, always on time. Josh just did a great job for a quarterly follow up visit. Highly recommend these guys.
Dane has now treated the exterior of our home twice and did an excellent job both times. Our ant problem has been solved!! He was thorough, professional, friendly and answered all of our questions. We love the fact that the treatments are environmental/pet friendly. Excellent company to do business with.…
Just hired Issaquah Pest for two houses after not great service from one of the competitors. First visit was great. So far, very happy!
Major was wonderful!!! He was very informative, friendly, courteous and had a great handshake!!!
Love this company! They are always on time, they are so good about communicating - via phone or text, always compassionate, professional. Josh was my latest star. Found how mice were getting in to the garage, and fixed the problem. This company will not rest until you are happy with their service. If only other…
Issaquah Pest is amazing. I had a sugar ant issue and they told me spraying them is counter-productive. I signed up for quarterly service for my bookshop and I haven't seen a single ant since. One of my neighbors has rodents, but I don't! Also, the person that services my shop is super cool and friendly and I would totally hang out with her.
Josh was wonderful!! Knowledgeable, personable, conscientious, thorough and professional… and we are already appreciating the results!
I would not recommend this kind of service where the company does not take ownership of what their technicians are communicating to the clients. Their staff are not their representative and hence they will all keep changing their words. It's the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I had some rodent issue…
Always do a great job, very helpful suggestions.
I switched to Issaquah Pest after being frustrated by my previous company. I’m a busy mom, business owner, pet owner and have a rather large home. My to do list is endless. I needed my trees cut back and weather stripping replaced to help keep mice out. Which I have not taken time to address cause-life… well after…
We had an ant problem arise in a our kitchen. Josh was very professional and service oriented. We haven't seen the ants since.
I highly recommend this company! Everyone is professional, passionate about customer service and personable. You will be completely satisfied when you give them a call! Their work is exemplary. Thank you to the team! Josh A. did a great job!!
Issaquah Pest was responsive, timely, and very professional in helping us with a fly problem we were having. We are thankful for their guidance and would definitely use again if need be.
We had an ant problem and signed up for the yearly/quarterly program from Issaquah Pest Control. On a visit in November we met with technician Josh K in person (as we were home) who was excellent. He went above and beyond checking places in our home which may have added to our problem and gave us excellent education…
We just moved into the area and wanted the house treated for bugs. It was easy to get an appointment. The prices were given upfront. They provided a list of bugs/insects included in their service. The tech arrived on time and gave a call before arriving. I appreciate that the van has a logo so I knew immediately…
Dane was professional and informative. He explained the process and answered all of our questions. He was quick and we are very satisfied with the service.
Issaquah Pest Control does a great job. I have them come out 4 times a year. I have them spray for wasps/bees before. They are responsive if an issue comes up. Dane, one of the technicians even removed a dead mouse he found by my house. I was very thankful.
Not only were they quick and responsive, they were incredibly accommodating when I ran into scheduling issues. Our serviceperson Chris was super friendly and knowledgeable! Great Service!
It’s hard to say “I love an extermination company” but I love Issaquah Pest!! Shortly after I moved in to my home I noticed a lot of spiders and other gross bugs. I’m from a part of America that’s pretty bug free so I was immediately on edge. I called multiple pest companies in one day and only Issaquah got back…
Chris was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all our questions and finished the job quickly. He was very mindful about concerns we had with having a vegetable garden in the back. Would definitely use again for any future bug related issues.
I'm so glad I went with a local company! They came out to help us out with a spider infestation back in Jan and now that they're back they're coming to do a touch up (we got their annual guarantee plan). Super knowledgable and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!!
Our technician was so incredibly helpful and professional, making sure to address all of our needs. Making an appointment was quick and simple. Prices were quite competitive and we are really happy with our results.
Josh was our technician. My husband indicated he was a very nice gentleman, very courteous and knew what he was doing. This is our first appointment with Issaquah Pest Control and so far we would recommend them.
We hired IPC to do our routine home inspection, insect and rodent maintenance. We recently could hear rodents in our crawl space and we called, they sent someone out immediately and did the most thorough inspection. Within days we knew we caught the problem and then once again sent someone out to clean everything up…
Our technician, Josh, was great. He was very friendly, efficient, professional and answered all of my questions. Thanks for the great job, Josh!
Very fast and friendly service, reasonably priced, and effective treatment which produces a demarcation for bugs: “YOU SHALL NOT PASS!”
I was using another company for 6 years and they could not get our ant problem under control. Issaquah Pest came out and in 2 days, the ants were gone!
Issaquah Pest & Home Services has always been very responsive and professional. Since we started working with them, we haven't had any issues with rodents or any other pests.
I have used several pest companies over the past 20 years but none compare to issaquah pest. From my initial phone call to service they were excellent. Jenny our technician is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I have dogs that need to be put in the house so communication is critical. Their communication before…
Josh A was very helpful, on time and friendly.
I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control. Our house backs to a greenbelt so we have lots of critters to deal with. Once we had an ant infestation in the house they came out and resolved it for us right away, and also dealt with our pesky moles. Since then they service our house quarterly and we've never had any…
Easy to communicate with! We send them a quick text when we need a service or inspection outside of our regularly scheduled treatments. They’re thorough and always on time. Glad to have them!
IPC is always on schedule with our quarterly service, easy to communicate with and set up appoints, and extremally knowledgeable. This is a trusted local business and are happy to support.
We have been very happy with Issaquah Pest Control. Their regular service always includes a detailed explanation of what they did and any concerns they have, as well as why they feel those concerns should be addressed. This frequently reminds us to cut back trees or plants that are providing access to rodents or…
We've been using Issaquah Pest Control for about a year now and are very happy with their services. The employees who come out to treat things during their home checks are always very friendly. They also do a thorough writeup to let you know what they have covered on their visit and have gone the extra mile to tend…
