We’ve had a fantastic experience with this pest control company. They have consistently kept our pest problem under control, and their service has been reliable and professional from start to finish. We especially appreciate their environmentally responsible approach and the care they take to minimize the risk of…
These guys are very professional and personable. Joshua did a good job of explaining their approach which seems quite good.
I’m happy to report that after four years of service, Issaquah Pest Control remains a local, trustworthy, and effective pest control company. When a problem pops up, like sugar ants or wasps, they respond quickly. Their office staff make a special note of my concerns and requests. Their techs are personable, kind…
Timely response to increased ant activity and treatment.
We've been working with Issaquah Pest Control for all of our pest control issues for at least 2 years now. They have such down to earth, hardworking, reliable, responsive, and compassionate employees from the folks on the phone at the desks when you first call to schedule and/or just ask questions to the individuals…
Josh came by to spray for ants yesterday and came out for hornets in the summer. Free out-of- cycle visits arw included in the annual plan.
These guys are great to work with. Easy to schedule, always on time. Josh just did a great job for a quarterly follow up visit. Highly recommend these guys.
I have used Issaquah Pest a few times and will continue to do so.
The technician who came out was very nice about being sent to the wrong place. Fortunately he wasn’t too far. Unfortunately , the ants were already in the house so the bait helped to reduce the ant population.
Major was wonderful!!! He was very informative, friendly, courteous and had a great handshake!!!
Technician show up on time and took care of the job efficiently. Very happy with the service.
3 times now I have gotten poor service. I have given up on your company, even discussed the issues with manager Jordan and he blamed us for all the problems. When I get my receipt it indicates they have done all this work but nothing was done because we watch them do the service.
We had used Ulta Vista Pest the year before and they did a terrible job and we ended up with more ants than before! So I looked around and read a lot of reviews on different companies for pest control and ended up going with Issaquah Pest control. Not only has our ant problems been severely reduced but they were…
Josh A is the best! Super professional, courteous, and prompt. This is exactly the kind of customer experience you hope to have nowadays and he delivered. I highly recommend Josh A and Issaquah Pest Control.
Josh A came out to spray our house for those pesky ants! He was great!! He explained everything he was doing as well as the rationale and sprayed all areas I indicated we had an issue. Thanks for being responsive, professional and great communicators.
Josh A was absolutely amazing! Incredible professional and did a thorough job! Super friendly, on-time, & texted before he arrived! Super impressed with his service!
Always do a great job, very helpful suggestions.
Excellent reliable service. Knowledgeable and trustworthy. Josh A is kind and knows exactly how to address the problem we have had. I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control.
I highly recommend this company! Everyone is professional, passionate about customer service and personable. You will be completely satisfied when you give them a call! Their work is exemplary. Thank you to the team! Josh A. did a great job!!
I would rate Issaquah Pest & Home Services very high. I usually don't write reviews but seeing their service and quality of work I am compelled to so. We had ants/flying ants last year at our place and I called them. Chris Strickland, the technician who came to inspect our place. He inspected our place thoroughly…
We had an ant problem and signed up for the yearly/quarterly program from Issaquah Pest Control. On a visit in November we met with technician Josh K in person (as we were home) who was excellent. He went above and beyond checking places in our home which may have added to our problem and gave us excellent education…
Personable, reliable, professional. Recommended!
I found Issy Pest online when I had an ant, wasp and (I feared) rodent problem, glad I did. These folks are wonderful to deal with. So warm, friendly and competent from top to bottom. A local, family owned business, just what I wanted. I've turned other friends on to them, they say the same.
Chris was incredibly professional and informative, and very friendly with our dog. He taught us the signs to look for w.r.t. carpenter ants and cloth moths, and did some preventative spraying around our house and under the deck. He even gave us advice outside the scope of the service we paid for. I would highly recommend this business.
I like this company and their employees. They are efficient, polite, knowledgeable and the company is organized the way it is run. The tech will text when he is coming and when finished he texts that he is done with the link to pay. I just started with them this year, but when I had a reoccurrence of the ants…
Great service both on the phone and on site. Josh was efficient, friendly and explained the process and reasons for their approach very well. Answered all my questions. No upselling. Very highly recommended.
Our technician Dane showed up on time and he did a thorough job spraying inside and outside the house. He is knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control for any pest related issue.
Our technician was friendly, fabulous and very thorough. I have had many companies service my homes and this was the best experience yet.
We hired IPC to do our routine home inspection, insect and rodent maintenance. We recently could hear rodents in our crawl space and we called, they sent someone out immediately and did the most thorough inspection. Within days we knew we caught the problem and then once again sent someone out to clean everything up…
I found Issaquah Pest Control through Yelp and was very happy with the service. First I had a pleasant conversation with the lady who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment. Then Chris was the technician who help us with the Carpenter Ants problem. The service was quick and straight forward. They…
Josh A. came promptly and was extremely helpful for our house concerns this past Saturday morning. We felt that he was very knowledgeable and helped us understand what may have caused the issue and what we’d need to do in the future to prevent the same issues from reoccurring. 5/5 would recommend this service to others!
Very Professional, on time, full examination and process. Very happy with the service
I was using another company for 6 years and they could not get our ant problem under control. Issaquah Pest came out and in 2 days, the ants were gone!
Issaquah Pest & Home Services has always been very responsive and professional. Since we started working with them, we haven't had any issues with rodents or any other pests.
I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control. Everyone of their employees is very professional and helpful. They have taken care of our needs to remove mice, ants, wasps, and spiders. Their communication is excellent and if there is an urgent need they are there within 24 hours or less. I am so happy I called Issaquah Pest Control.
Quick response from the scheduling people and professional and courteous service from Josh A. Would recommend
Have used Issaquah Pest & Home Services for two years now. Great service, timely and always professional. Josh A was great this year!
I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control. Our house backs to a greenbelt so we have lots of critters to deal with. Once we had an ant infestation in the house they came out and resolved it for us right away, and also dealt with our pesky moles. Since then they service our house quarterly and we've never had any…
Josh A and Ammon came to my house yesterday to do the capenter ant treatment. Both of them were professional and answered all my questions. Especially for Josh A, he was very informative and patience. He explained all the steps and details about the treatment. I am very happy with that and took the quarterly subscription with IPC.
I have used Issaquah Pest Control for the last year. They have done an incredible job with handling my mouse and ant problems. I want to give a special shout out to Josh. I am currently selling my house and Josh changed his schedule to work around showings for my house. This is incredibly helpful and professional…
Issaquah Pest Control is a great value, professional and easy to schedule.
It was overall good. I will post an update on the effectiveness of treatment in couple of weeks!
Chris was on-time, professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Chris and his team at Issaquah Pest Control.
Outstanding customer service and attention to detail, would highly recommend to anyone.
Love this service. For exterior work, I don't even have to be at home. I originally had an ant problem, and though it's winter, still no ants. They also informed me they found signs of rodents, and treated the outdoors for those critters. I am very happy with the services of Issaquah Pest Control. I highly recommend them.
From the initial phone call to the completed initial inspection both the employees I worked with were incredibly helpful, nice and professional. I called another local pest control company prior to selecting Issaquah Pest Control. I'm glad I chose them.
Thank you guys for coming out. We are trying to move into our new home and needed an appointment fast. We had someone come out very quickly. The company has been very professional! I would recommend Issaquah Pest Control to all my family and friends. **UPDATE: Joseph was our most recent serviceman and he did phenomenal. I appreciate the quality service!
It's that time of year when the spiders start coming inside the house. Issaquah Pest Control was very easy to contact, with quick scheduling, and reasonable pricing. They provided several treatment options and didn't try to force me into a 'maintenance plan'. We opted for the 6-week, 3 visit treatment. They even…
Dan came out to our house for an initial inspection and treatment today and he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He communicated everything to us both verbally and in writing through the whole process. We’re very happy and would highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control to anyone looking for fast, thorough, reasonably priced service!
Josh was super personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with their team going forward.
They were prompt and the service technician covered everything they were doing and why with me. The he also double checked with his supervisor about a particular application to make double sure it was the way to go. I will definitely use them again. Very happy with the service.
Excellent Service! Very punctual and thorough. Josh the technician that came out did a great job. Highly recommend.
Addison did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use this company again
Gavin was very personable and helpful in answering our questions and was quick & efficient with the actual treatment. Ants have been a problem for the past year trying to manage them on our own, and I feel sure this will do the trick. We signed up for the guaranteed quarterly plan to keep the buggers away.
They were nice and efficient.
Our service tech was Jose and he was awesome! He thoroughly inspected the house and understood that I am very uneasy when talking about bugs and rodents. He did a great job!
Switched from another company. The first visit Jimmy did such a thorough and professional job. In comparison, the previous company almost did nothing except set up the bait station and sticky plates. I am very happy with the service.
Daniel did an excellent service for ants and bees at our house. He's been very professional in every way. He was so pleasant to talk to and explained everything very clearly whatever questions we asked him. He was very knowledgeable about his profession. It was a pleasure working with him and we would certainly…
I highly recommend using them. They were top shelf from the time I called in to book an appointment all the way through servicing our property. If you are looking for a smooth process with tremendous value you should consider IPC.
Very thorough inspection for ants.
Jimmy was patient in explaining and thorough. Issaquah Pest Control has been very patient in general in answering my many questions. Thank you!
Outstanding business. They clearly post their pricing on their website, and they don't make you sign a contract for the quarterly service (no sales pressure). I was impressed that 2 technicians arrived and spent close to an hour at my home; they were very thorough, took the time to educate me, and provided a…
Communication has been good. The technician was friendly, professional, and provided good information about the services that were performed. This was only the initial visit, but so far I'm pleased with the company overall.
Tanner is very knowledgeable and passionate for what he does! He walked me through his methods and explained any questions I had. Thank you for sending him my way!
On time and professional, answered all my questions and and inspected our crawl space. Treated entire exterior of the house and provided tips for avoiding future issues.
Simon, and his trainee, Jackson, were on time, professional and took the time to explain everything they were going to do and why. They wore booties and wore masks the entire time they were in the premises. Hopefully, I won't need any more service calls, but if I do, I certainly will ask for Simon at Issaquah Pest.
It was a good experience overall. Simon pinged me before coming in. He was on time. He explained to me the overall process and then completed the work. I will definitely use their services again!.
Thank you Andrew!!! Excellent Customer Service!!!
The technician that came out, Tanner, did an amazing job. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and what it was for. He also made very good suggestions for prevention and recommendations for outside landscaping that helps with prevention. I heard about this business via Facebook from one of my…
They are very responsive and prompt and professional.
As always great, friendly, punctual, personal and professional service!
This was my first experience with Issaquah Pest Control. They were professional, friendly, and informative. I’m looking forward to a long term business relationship with them.
The owner personally took care of a bee issue for us when other techs were busy. We immediately switched our regular pest control service and they are top notch. Better service, better price, and a locally owned business. Check, check, and check!
Tristan did my quarterly service appointment today and did a great job! He was professional, polite and I am very happy with his work. I highly recommend this company for any pest control issues anyone might have.
This company is legit and awesome. I was really impressed with their quick and proactive response. We suspected some rodent activity and one of my friends referred Issaquah Pest Control. Their service tells you with the result. Very professional and they know what they are talking care of.
We just bought a new house on Squak mountain and found out that there was a lot of Carpenter Ant activity and damage. Jeremy got right on it and I feel so much better. I learned so a lot today! Jeremy was not only professional, knowledgeable and friendly but incredibly informative . I can't imagine being more…
John showed up in time, was patient with my mom, and explained everything. Excellent customer service and prices are better than the competitors and locally owned!
We have used this company since they opened several years ago. We have been very impressed with how the business has grown and improved over time. They come and spray for pests 4 times a year and have also had to come over for emergency visits for rodents. They are very responsive and great at communicating with…
