Kooper did a great job servicing our home for our quarterly maintenance. Absolutely love Issaquah Pest Control - they’ve been with us since we moved into our home, and we’ve always had a great experience! All of the technicians have been helpful, and every time we call in to set up an appointment we’re always helped…
We’ve had a fantastic experience with this pest control company. They have consistently kept our pest problem under control, and their service has been reliable and professional from start to finish. We especially appreciate their environmentally responsible approach and the care they take to minimize the risk of…
Joshua was excellent — professional, friendly, efficient, and very easy to communicate with. He did a very thorough job around our home, including cleaning up spider webs, filling the bait stations, checking the crawl spaces, and removing wasp nests. We really appreciated his attention to detail and how quickly and…
Great service and good communication from the support team and technicians
I’m happy to report that after four years of service, Issaquah Pest Control remains a local, trustworthy, and effective pest control company. When a problem pops up, like sugar ants or wasps, they respond quickly. Their office staff make a special note of my concerns and requests. Their techs are personable, kind…
Issy Pest and their multi-visit approach seemed reasonable, but a few days after their "warranty", pests returned to our home - squirrels in the attic. They had set giant spring traps, appropriate to rats, not tiny squirrels or mice, and left them in the attic and under the house after their departure. They were…
We've been working with Issaquah Pest Control for all of our pest control issues for at least 2 years now. They have such down to earth, hardworking, reliable, responsive, and compassionate employees from the folks on the phone at the desks when you first call to schedule and/or just ask questions to the individuals…
Josh came by to spray for ants yesterday and came out for hornets in the summer. Free out-of- cycle visits arw included in the annual plan.
Issaquah Pest has been a reliable and professional servicer for the past 4 years. They have always been super flexible when I need to reschedule and best of all, we don't have a pest problem. :)
Technician Josh Andrews is very professional and helpful. He came in and first inspected the exterior of the house while doing the external insect treatment/spider web removal. And then came inside to inspect the attic and confirmed that there's no rodent activity. He also replaced the sticky traps in the garage and…
Excellent service from Issaquah Pest Control. Jaz was very professional and explained the work they were doing.
I am a new customer. I am impressed with the professionalism and service of this company. My interactions with the office were smooth with good communication and email follow up. Then Chris arrived (when scheduled) for the first appointment. He was knowledgeable and professional and took time to explain things…
We have been using Issaquah Pest Control for a few years. They are always professional and we have had no issues with pests since we hired them.
We had a very last minute inspection request needing to be done, they went above and beyond to fit us with short notice and helped us get the answers we needed. The technicians was wonderful and professional, the young lady who scheduled our appointment was quick and made it happen for us with ease and never an…
Just hired Issaquah Pest for two houses after not great service from one of the competitors. First visit was great. So far, very happy!
Ammon did a very good job. Was respectful and responsive. He run the extra mile, offering an excellent service. The technicians skills are important factors to stay with this company.
You guys are awesome! Best pest control company out there. Never need to remind them at service time!
I’ve been using Issaquah Pest Control Services for awhile now and couldn’t ask for better service! They take time to understand and address all of your issues and questions, are incredibly thorough in their work, and every service person has been professional, thoughtful, and has deep knowledge in the industry. I…
Cheri’s was very professional and checked both attic and crawl space along with perimeter of house.
Great local company! I've used them over the past 3 years and they're always responsive and thorough. Highly recommended way to keep bugs out and support a small business.
I would not recommend this kind of service where the company does not take ownership of what their technicians are communicating to the clients. Their staff are not their representative and hence they will all keep changing their words. It's the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I had some rodent issue…
Excellent reliable service. Knowledgeable and trustworthy. Josh A is kind and knows exactly how to address the problem we have had. I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control.
I switched to Issaquah Pest after being frustrated by my previous company. I’m a busy mom, business owner, pet owner and have a rather large home. My to do list is endless. I needed my trees cut back and weather stripping replaced to help keep mice out. Which I have not taken time to address cause-life… well after…
I highly recommend this company! Everyone is professional, passionate about customer service and personable. You will be completely satisfied when you give them a call! Their work is exemplary. Thank you to the team! Josh A. did a great job!!
I would rate Issaquah Pest & Home Services very high. I usually don't write reviews but seeing their service and quality of work I am compelled to so. We had ants/flying ants last year at our place and I called them. Chris Strickland, the technician who came to inspect our place. He inspected our place thoroughly…
I’ve had these folks visit for six months with no problems or concerns. Was particularly impressed by this last treatment with Chris - he was very thorough, answered my silly questions, give me some heads-up things for the season. Much appreciated.
We just moved into the area and wanted the house treated for bugs. It was easy to get an appointment. The prices were given upfront. They provided a list of bugs/insects included in their service. The tech arrived on time and gave a call before arriving. I appreciate that the van has a logo so I knew immediately…
The teammate from Issaquah Pest & Home Services was very friendly. We had a great dialogue with him about pesty little "moles." He did a great job - very thorough!
Personable, reliable, professional. Recommended!
Our friend's recommended Issaquah Pest Control to us & I feel so lucky that I use their services! Josh K. came twice and he was really nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Every time he came he was so helpful and address all the issues and patiently explaining things that I didn't know. I feel so grateful that…
Not only were they quick and responsive, they were incredibly accommodating when I ran into scheduling issues. Our serviceperson Chris was super friendly and knowledgeable! Great Service!
We did an initial inspection and they did a thorough job. We will have them back for regular service
We have quarterly inspections and all the technicians to-date are very professional and courteous. They always patiently address all my concerns and provide reasonable solutions to our issues.
The treatment for my hornet/wasp problem was solved quickly. Dane looked all over my property for any other wasp activity also. In addition, he gave some general pest tips and was extremely professional and helpful! Thank you, Dane, for all your help!
Very friendly and professional.
Chris was incredibly professional and informative, and very friendly with our dog. He taught us the signs to look for w.r.t. carpenter ants and cloth moths, and did some preventative spraying around our house and under the deck. He even gave us advice outside the scope of the service we paid for. I would highly recommend this business.
I'm so glad I went with a local company! They came out to help us out with a spider infestation back in Jan and now that they're back they're coming to do a touch up (we got their annual guarantee plan). Super knowledgable and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!!
Chris is an absolute professional. Very satisfied with the service he performed!
Josh was our technician. My husband indicated he was a very nice gentleman, very courteous and knew what he was doing. This is our first appointment with Issaquah Pest Control and so far we would recommend them.
We had an initial setup and reoccurring quarterly service set up and we were very happy with the initial visit! Josh A was on time, responsive, courteous and very friendly. He checked everything and walked us through what he was doing... Josh was awesome!
