We’ve had a fantastic experience with this pest control company. They have consistently kept our pest problem under control, and their service has been reliable and professional from start to finish. We especially appreciate their environmentally responsible approach and the care they take to minimize the risk of…
Worked with issaquah pest control for years. They’ve been very helpful dealing with all my rodent issues. Today I had a quarterly check in with Josh and he very helpful, answering all my questions and helped to find/remediate any potential entry points.
Great service and good communication from the support team and technicians
These guys are very professional and personable. Joshua did a good job of explaining their approach which seems quite good.
We've been using Issaquah Pest Control for many years and have always been impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of service. Recently, we discovered a rodent issue and contacted their team. They were quick to respond, scheduled a follow-up service right away, and dispatched Joshua to our…
I’m happy to report that after four years of service, Issaquah Pest Control remains a local, trustworthy, and effective pest control company. When a problem pops up, like sugar ants or wasps, they respond quickly. Their office staff make a special note of my concerns and requests. Their techs are personable, kind…
Always quickly response and on time!
Thoroughly inspected areas that had been invaded by rodents, sealed entries and monitored the areas to ensure that the rodents were effectively excluded. Gave a thorough report of conditions and gave recommendations for rehabilitation. Update: When we recently suspected a reinfestation, they came, laid traps, and…
Issy Pest and their multi-visit approach seemed reasonable, but a few days after their "warranty", pests returned to our home - squirrels in the attic. They had set giant spring traps, appropriate to rats, not tiny squirrels or mice, and left them in the attic and under the house after their departure. They were…
We've been working with Issaquah Pest Control for all of our pest control issues for at least 2 years now. They have such down to earth, hardworking, reliable, responsive, and compassionate employees from the folks on the phone at the desks when you first call to schedule and/or just ask questions to the individuals…
I've had a great experience with all the representatives from Issaquah Pest Control coming out for the introductory 3-visit plan. Every person who came out has gone above and beyond to do the correct mitigation rather than the bare minimum. Most recently, Dan and Josh stopped by to quickly check traps but spent a…
We have been using Issaquah Pest Control for a few years. They are always professional and we have had no issues with pests since we hired them.
Just hired Issaquah Pest for two houses after not great service from one of the competitors. First visit was great. So far, very happy!
You guys are awesome! Best pest control company out there. Never need to remind them at service time!
Found baby rodent carcasses in my back yard. I saw about 5 of them, called Issaquah Pest Control and they sent their tech Josh A. the same day. He was very helpful, nice, and professional. He took care of the problem right away. He even moved my garbage cans for me to the front of my garage for garbage day (I was…
Josh A came out and took care of a hornet's nest and replaced the spider traps just couple weeks after my quarterly service. He even removed a trap that had a dead shrew in it that was rotting in the garage. Highly recommend IPC
Extremely bad instance of a service despite spending 1 hour on phone 2-3 weeks ago just explaining the issue so they understood and take care of rodent issue in living areas inside house. They did not even bother to enter house. On top sent me their invoice for payment for such a bad service.
3 times now I have gotten poor service. I have given up on your company, even discussed the issues with manager Jordan and he blamed us for all the problems. When I get my receipt it indicates they have done all this work but nothing was done because we watch them do the service.
I’ve been using Issaquah Pest Control Services for awhile now and couldn’t ask for better service! They take time to understand and address all of your issues and questions, are incredibly thorough in their work, and every service person has been professional, thoughtful, and has deep knowledge in the industry. I…
Love this company! They are always on time, they are so good about communicating - via phone or text, always compassionate, professional. Josh was my latest star. Found how mice were getting in to the garage, and fixed the problem. This company will not rest until you are happy with their service. If only other…
Issaquah Pest is amazing. I had a sugar ant issue and they told me spraying them is counter-productive. I signed up for quarterly service for my bookshop and I haven't seen a single ant since. One of my neighbors has rodents, but I don't! Also, the person that services my shop is super cool and friendly and I would totally hang out with her.
Josh A is the best! Super professional, courteous, and prompt. This is exactly the kind of customer experience you hope to have nowadays and he delivered. I highly recommend Josh A and Issaquah Pest Control.
I would not recommend this kind of service where the company does not take ownership of what their technicians are communicating to the clients. Their staff are not their representative and hence they will all keep changing their words. It's the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I had some rodent issue…
Always do a great job, very helpful suggestions.
Alan came to our house when we had some urgent rodent issues & went above and beyond. Really great local company to be working with
I switched to Issaquah Pest after being frustrated by my previous company. I’m a busy mom, business owner, pet owner and have a rather large home. My to do list is endless. I needed my trees cut back and weather stripping replaced to help keep mice out. Which I have not taken time to address cause-life… well after…
I would rate Issaquah Pest & Home Services very high. I usually don't write reviews but seeing their service and quality of work I am compelled to so. We had ants/flying ants last year at our place and I called them. Chris Strickland, the technician who came to inspect our place. He inspected our place thoroughly…
My home in Sammamish is an extremely difficult case. Rodents in the attic refusing to take any bait and wary of sticky traps. Issaquah Pest diligently worked to plug up the endless cracks and holes leading outside (exclusion work), patiently advised us to cut back foliage, and are getting results. A lot of service…
They don't just do a quick in and out. They are extremely thorough. I can only afford quarterly service but definitely feel i'm getting my monies worth. Detailed instructions left. Great notification by email and text. Rats are my main concern and I no longer hear evidence in the crawlspace (old 1950's home).…
No more rats.
I had tried for 2 years to get rid of the rats, but I couldn't keep ahead of them. Issaquah Pest did it.
I called Issaquah Pest and Home after my current pest control company said they would not remove a dead rodent in our crawl space. Issaquah Pest had someone out at my residence in 24hrs. Found and removed the smelly mouse from under the house within 30mins of showing up. They also checked our attic, did a walk…
Showed up on time and did a professional job. I would recommend them to anybody.
Personable, reliable, professional. Recommended!
I found Issy Pest online when I had an ant, wasp and (I feared) rodent problem, glad I did. These folks are wonderful to deal with. So warm, friendly and competent from top to bottom. A local, family owned business, just what I wanted. I've turned other friends on to them, they say the same.
Chris was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time looking in my attic, crawl space, and around my house and sealed spaces where rodents could be entering as well as leaving traps. He also gave me a full report of where I can do other things to help protect my home. I highly recommend his services.
Issaquah Pest Control does a great job. I have them come out 4 times a year. I have them spray for wasps/bees before. They are responsive if an issue comes up. Dane, one of the technicians even removed a dead mouse he found by my house. I was very thankful.
Not only were they quick and responsive, they were incredibly accommodating when I ran into scheduling issues. Our serviceperson Chris was super friendly and knowledgeable! Great Service!
Issaquah Pest Control is a professional, ethical, quality pest control business. They come on time. They follow my instructions or wishes. They give me reports. They are effective at minimizing or protecting from pests. They are easy to contact and communicate with. I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control as a quality and trustworthy business. Thank you.
Our house had a rodent problem in the crawlspace, so Issaquah Pest Control sent Jennifer, who expertly took care of it, finding the entry point, sealing all other potential entries and setting baits. Then she came 2 more times to check on it. Always great service, very thorough and on time. Then, I had my…
Not recommended for mole treatment. I had major mole issues in my front yard and the moles are very active. Paid more than $600 for a 4-visits trapping package. However, didn't have any outcome and the mole mounds got worse. The staff only had 2 traps and each time it seems the same - flattening the mounds and move…
I am very pleased with my first service. I received a detailed outline of what the problem was in my crawlspace. The service was prompt, honest, and thorough. I was given advice on what I need to do that was not included in the trapping of rodents and I was given directions to the other 2 actions I need to take to…
Very conscientious service this summer to keep spiders at bay at our waterfront home. Thanks guys!
We hired IPC to do our routine home inspection, insect and rodent maintenance. We recently could hear rodents in our crawl space and we called, they sent someone out immediately and did the most thorough inspection. Within days we knew we caught the problem and then once again sent someone out to clean everything up…
Issaquah Pest & Home Services has always been very responsive and professional. Since we started working with them, we haven't had any issues with rodents or any other pests.
I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control. Everyone of their employees is very professional and helpful. They have taken care of our needs to remove mice, ants, wasps, and spiders. Their communication is excellent and if there is an urgent need they are there within 24 hours or less. I am so happy I called Issaquah Pest Control.
I have used several pest companies over the past 20 years but none compare to issaquah pest. From my initial phone call to service they were excellent. Jenny our technician is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I have dogs that need to be put in the house so communication is critical. Their communication before…
They were also great doing the pressure washing of my yard and entryways. I would definitely recommend them for the pest extermination and now for the cleaning/ pressure washing .
The team is responsive to customer concerns and goes above and beyond to help. All the folks who came shared the same trait.
I have used Issaquah Pest Control for the last year. They have done an incredible job with handling my mouse and ant problems. I want to give a special shout out to Josh. I am currently selling my house and Josh changed his schedule to work around showings for my house. This is incredibly helpful and professional…
We have been very happy with Issaquah Pest Control. Their regular service always includes a detailed explanation of what they did and any concerns they have, as well as why they feel those concerns should be addressed. This frequently reminds us to cut back trees or plants that are providing access to rodents or…
Issaquah Pest Control did a great job inspecting and treating the pest problem in my house. I would definitely recommend them.
Chris arrived within the time widow and provided an update when he was on his way. Chris was respectful and responsive to all of our needs. He provided an initial inspection related to our concern of a possible mouse infestation, checking the house, attic, and crawl space. Chris was able to provide some seals on…
We've been using Issaquah Pest Control for about a year now and are very happy with their services. The employees who come out to treat things during their home checks are always very friendly. They also do a thorough writeup to let you know what they have covered on their visit and have gone the extra mile to tend…
Issaquah Pest Control is a great value, professional and easy to schedule.
While slightly pricy, the service was excellent, ingress point for rodents was identified and patched, multiple mice removed, etc. Peace of mind for ongoing service, crews who visited (3x different crews!) were consistently professional, coherent, efficient, and thorough. Thank you!
I have been very happy with their services. Their technician, Josh was very helpful. He talked over any concerns I had and explained everything he did. The company is also very communicative and the follow up is good. They even made some suggestions for changes - outside their scope of work but we were grateful. We…
Communicative, friendly and professional. Always on time and they provide detailed explanations and recommendations. We have an annual contract and we get exceptional value for hassle-free service.
All of the techs have been great! They come on time and are thorough. Josh came last time for the follow-up check, he was great!
Dane was on time, outgoing and very thorough with his inspection, taking time to explain every nuance of his approach and answer numerous questions I had. I would recommend Issaquah Pest Control and Dane specifically to anyone I know, and I will, should they be in need.
Joseph was our technician and he did a WONDERFUL job. Very communicative and explained things very well. He took the time and reached out to us to us as the homeowners. Thank you for the service you provided. Excellent work ethics as well.
Dan and Dane were great. Friendly, professional and most importantly very patient. Had initial appointment and a mouse was caught the next morning. My next appointment was supposed to be the week after but I called IPC and they said Dan and Dane were nearby so they offered to come by to pick up the mouse and put new…
Outstanding customer service and attention to detail, would highly recommend to anyone.
Love this service. For exterior work, I don't even have to be at home. I originally had an ant problem, and though it's winter, still no ants. They also informed me they found signs of rodents, and treated the outdoors for those critters. I am very happy with the services of Issaquah Pest Control. I highly recommend them.
Great service and friendly staff - I highly recommend IPC!
Had mice getting in my attic space and Issaquah Pest Control set traps, removed rodents, and sealed off entry points promptly
Very responsive, thorough & professional. We are very pleased with the work done.
Issaquah Pest Control were very quick to respond when I needed help. They scheduled my appointment the next day and were expert at taking care of the rodent problem. Thank you for your great service!
Thank you guys for coming out. We are trying to move into our new home and needed an appointment fast. We had someone come out very quickly. The company has been very professional! I would recommend Issaquah Pest Control to all my family and friends. **UPDATE: Joseph was our most recent serviceman and he did phenomenal. I appreciate the quality service!
Great, fast, reasonable, friendly. Thanks!
Josh came out and did a wonderful job. He sealed all the vents that were opened, layed traps, and gave me bunch of hints to prevent further rodents issue.
Very responsive and professional. Explained everything very clearly, and showed me their work and explained. Josh was technicians who came this week and he was excellent, efficient, and clear in his explanations and recommendations. Hi
Addison was friendly and provided good information about the problem. This was my first time working with Issaquah Pest Control and I would definitely be using them for future services.
Josh was super personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with their team going forward.
Excellent Service! Very punctual and thorough. Josh the technician that came out did a great job. Highly recommend.
Communicative, efficient, professional, and accommodating. I'm extremely happy with my experience with Issaquah Pest Control. The knowledge and advice I received when dealing with rodents in a rental home are invaluable, and the work was thoroughly explained! I'm extremely pleased that I could also schedule the…
Addison is on time and very efficient. He is very detail oriented. Great service. Highly recommend it!
They were nice and efficient.
I asked the specialist to come over for inspecting rodent. Gavin is very patient and professional.
Switched from another company. The first visit Jimmy did such a thorough and professional job. In comparison, the previous company almost did nothing except set up the bait station and sticky plates. I am very happy with the service.
