We’ve had a fantastic experience with this pest control company. They have consistently kept our pest problem under control, and their service has been reliable and professional from start to finish. We especially appreciate their environmentally responsible approach and the care they take to minimize the risk of…
I’m happy to report that after four years of service, Issaquah Pest Control remains a local, trustworthy, and effective pest control company. When a problem pops up, like sugar ants or wasps, they respond quickly. Their office staff make a special note of my concerns and requests. Their techs are personable, kind…
Always quickly response and on time!
We've been working with Issaquah Pest Control for all of our pest control issues for at least 2 years now. They have such down to earth, hardworking, reliable, responsive, and compassionate employees from the folks on the phone at the desks when you first call to schedule and/or just ask questions to the individuals…
These guys are great to work with. Easy to schedule, always on time. Josh just did a great job for a quarterly follow up visit. Highly recommend these guys.
We have been using Issaquah Pest Control for a few years. They are always professional and we have had no issues with pests since we hired them.
Just hired Issaquah Pest for two houses after not great service from one of the competitors. First visit was great. So far, very happy!
Ammon did a very good job. Was respectful and responsive. He run the extra mile, offering an excellent service. The technicians skills are important factors to stay with this company.
3 times now I have gotten poor service. I have given up on your company, even discussed the issues with manager Jordan and he blamed us for all the problems. When I get my receipt it indicates they have done all this work but nothing was done because we watch them do the service.
I’ve been using Issaquah Pest Control Services for awhile now and couldn’t ask for better service! They take time to understand and address all of your issues and questions, are incredibly thorough in their work, and every service person has been professional, thoughtful, and has deep knowledge in the industry. I…
Love this company! They are always on time, they are so good about communicating - via phone or text, always compassionate, professional. Josh was my latest star. Found how mice were getting in to the garage, and fixed the problem. This company will not rest until you are happy with their service. If only other…
Great company! Called them and they were out the next week! Josh was professional and informative!
Our primary reason for using Issaquah Pest Control is to keep the spider webs under control. They've done a pretty good job on that front even though we have some pretty hard to reach places.
I highly recommend this company! Everyone is professional, passionate about customer service and personable. You will be completely satisfied when you give them a call! Their work is exemplary. Thank you to the team! Josh A. did a great job!!
We just moved into the area and wanted the house treated for bugs. It was easy to get an appointment. The prices were given upfront. They provided a list of bugs/insects included in their service. The tech arrived on time and gave a call before arriving. I appreciate that the van has a logo so I knew immediately…
The teammate from Issaquah Pest & Home Services was very friendly. We had a great dialogue with him about pesty little "moles." He did a great job - very thorough!
Personable, reliable, professional. Recommended!
Our friend's recommended Issaquah Pest Control to us & I feel so lucky that I use their services! Josh K. came twice and he was really nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Every time he came he was so helpful and address all the issues and patiently explaining things that I didn't know. I feel so grateful that…
We did an initial inspection and they did a thorough job. We will have them back for regular service
Issaquah Pest Control is a professional, ethical, quality pest control business. They come on time. They follow my instructions or wishes. They give me reports. They are effective at minimizing or protecting from pests. They are easy to contact and communicate with. I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control as a quality and trustworthy business. Thank you.
Very friendly and professional.
I like this company and their employees. They are efficient, polite, knowledgeable and the company is organized the way it is run. The tech will text when he is coming and when finished he texts that he is done with the link to pay. I just started with them this year, but when I had a reoccurrence of the ants…
I'm so glad I went with a local company! They came out to help us out with a spider infestation back in Jan and now that they're back they're coming to do a touch up (we got their annual guarantee plan). Super knowledgable and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!!
Very conscientious service this summer to keep spiders at bay at our waterfront home. Thanks guys!
We had an initial setup and reoccurring quarterly service set up and we were very happy with the initial visit! Josh A was on time, responsive, courteous and very friendly. He checked everything and walked us through what he was doing... Josh was awesome!
Issaquah Pest & Home Services has always been very responsive and professional. Since we started working with them, we haven't had any issues with rodents or any other pests.
So far, these people are wonderful, and I’m glad I found them! Not only is their office communication spot on (with respect for your communication preferences), but the technician who came to my house was super-thorough and talked me through everything he was planning. They also appear to have a handyman service,…
Josh A was very helpful, on time and friendly.
I highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control. Our house backs to a greenbelt so we have lots of critters to deal with. Once we had an ant infestation in the house they came out and resolved it for us right away, and also dealt with our pesky moles. Since then they service our house quarterly and we've never had any…
We have setup a recurring quarterly service and Chris does such a wonderful job each time. When we bought the house, we did see a lot of spiders and pest activity around the house, but after we started the treatment, it has been so great and we barely see any spiders or any other insects. Chris is super friendly and…
Love this service. For exterior work, I don't even have to be at home. I originally had an ant problem, and though it's winter, still no ants. They also informed me they found signs of rodents, and treated the outdoors for those critters. I am very happy with the services of Issaquah Pest Control. I highly recommend them.
Great service and friendly staff - I highly recommend IPC!
Had mice getting in my attic space and Issaquah Pest Control set traps, removed rodents, and sealed off entry points promptly
From the initial phone call to the completed initial inspection both the employees I worked with were incredibly helpful, nice and professional. I called another local pest control company prior to selecting Issaquah Pest Control. I'm glad I chose them.
Issaquah Pest was great! Their tech was highly professional. Went all through my house and came back with a full report of what was found. It was nice that they didn’t try to upsell or make something seem terrible. I felt like the tech treated my house like it was his own!
Great, fast, reasonable, friendly. Thanks!
It's that time of year when the spiders start coming inside the house. Issaquah Pest Control was very easy to contact, with quick scheduling, and reasonable pricing. They provided several treatment options and didn't try to force me into a 'maintenance plan'. We opted for the 6-week, 3 visit treatment. They even…
Josh was very professional and knew what he was doing. He explained everything in great detail. He successfully managed to keep our spider and ant problem from getting out of control. I would highly recommend this service.
Very responsive and professional. Explained everything very clearly, and showed me their work and explained. Josh was technicians who came this week and he was excellent, efficient, and clear in his explanations and recommendations. Hi
Josh was super personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with their team going forward.
Excellent Service! Very punctual and thorough. Josh the technician that came out did a great job. Highly recommend.
They were nice and efficient.
Have been a recurring customer for ~9 months. Technicians were always cordial, but our insect/spider problem never fully went away. Recently, I've been handling the problem myself with better results. After cancelling my recurring service, was told that I would need one last treatment. Not ideal, but I understand…
Switched from another company. The first visit Jimmy did such a thorough and professional job. In comparison, the previous company almost did nothing except set up the bait station and sticky plates. I am very happy with the service.
Outstanding business. They clearly post their pricing on their website, and they don't make you sign a contract for the quarterly service (no sales pressure). I was impressed that 2 technicians arrived and spent close to an hour at my home; they were very thorough, took the time to educate me, and provided a…
Tanner is very knowledgeable and passionate for what he does! He walked me through his methods and explained any questions I had. Thank you for sending him my way!
On time and professional, answered all my questions and and inspected our crawl space. Treated entire exterior of the house and provided tips for avoiding future issues.
Jose was courteous, knowledgeable and honest. We called Issaquah Pest Control for bees, which turned out to be Mason Bees and harmless, but good for the environment. Without pressing for other services, we went ahead and contracted them for mice and spiders. So far our experience is excellent!
The technician that came out, Tanner, did an amazing job. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and what it was for. He also made very good suggestions for prevention and recommendations for outside landscaping that helps with prevention. I heard about this business via Facebook from one of my…
They are very responsive and prompt and professional.
As always great, friendly, punctual, personal and professional service!
This was my first experience with Issaquah Pest Control. They were professional, friendly, and informative. I’m looking forward to a long term business relationship with them.
The owner personally took care of a bee issue for us when other techs were busy. We immediately switched our regular pest control service and they are top notch. Better service, better price, and a locally owned business. Check, check, and check!
Tristan did my quarterly service appointment today and did a great job! He was professional, polite and I am very happy with his work. I highly recommend this company for any pest control issues anyone might have.
Issaquah Pest Control was always professional and courteous whether communicating with the main office or working with a technician. They were very fast to respond and always wanted to make sure our needs were met and questions were answered. We recommended them to our neighbor for similar issues, so it was helpful…
This company is legit and awesome. I was really impressed with their quick and proactive response. We suspected some rodent activity and one of my friends referred Issaquah Pest Control. I called them up and firstly Jennifer was super prompt and courteous. John was assigned to do our initial review and he showed up…
They are great!! Very responsive which is key when you have a problem. I even synced up through text message, sent a picture to show the issue, etc. Very professional, followed all the covid safety guidelines, on time, would totally recommend
Their service tells you with the result. Very professional and they know what they are talking care of.
Love Issaquah Pest and would highly recommend!!
We just bought a new house on Squak mountain and found out that there was a lot of Carpenter Ant activity and damage. Jeremy got right on it and I feel so much better. I learned so a lot today! Jeremy was not only professional, knowledgeable and friendly but incredibly informative . I can't imagine being more…
We have used this company since they opened several years ago. We have been very impressed with how the business has grown and improved over time. They come and spray for pests 4 times a year and have also had to come over for emergency visits for rodents. They are very responsive and great at communicating with…
Highly recommend Issaquah Pest Control! Every person I have interacted with has been professional and incredibly friendly. Our exterminator arrived early and was wonderful!!
Tanner was outstanding. He was very polite and gave me a complete rundown of what he was going to do. He also gave me a complete breakdown of what they found and how it was treated. Couldnt have been happier with the service.
Really great service! We previously were with another pest control company and ultimately switched over to Issaquah Pest Control. The technicians are very friendly and have been great at answering any/all questions (thanks Jordan and Tanner!) Very thorough with their inspections and giving suggestions - I highly recommend!
I have only had 1 service so far. That being said, the constant communication by Sheon and Jennifer via, txt, email, and phone has been GREAT. I am extremely busy and being able to schedule and communicate without the need to get someone on the phone is valuable to me. That coupled with how professional and polite…
Great company. Listened to concerns about chemicals and adjusted and explained accordingly. Been using for over a year. Trustworthy and highly recommended.
From the get go this company was very responsive, communicative and professional. Tanner was super friendly and did a great job around our property.
Great experience all around. Very responsive and professional. Explained the full process clearly.
