They diagnosed the issue with my computer for free, gave me a variety of options when it came to solving the repair, and kept me thoroughly updated. Also, for a battery repair on an ROG Zephyrus it was not very expensive and much better than spending 3-6 months dealing with ASUS.

Came into j and b for a custom PC. They helped me fix my laptop a couple years ago so I knew it would be a good spot to go. Chris made it so easy to pick out the parts and to put together a PC that fit for my budget. He was very helpful and I couldn't be happier with my gaming pc. He made something stressful super easy. Would highly recommend.
