Thank you so much for the timely repair on the roof. Johnny completed it very efficiently moving some tile from the front of the house where it doesn’t show back to our area over our back deck. I appreciate that so much. Thanks again for doing such a great job. I’m very happy for your over the top customer service. Jerry Price.

We had a warranty issue with our roof which required us to obtain estimates from a couple of different roofing companies. The whole process took several months as we worked through the warranty issue. Ryan Kane from J&K Roofing was so helpful during the process, checking in frequently to offer help or suggestions. Once the roof replacement was approved, Ryan worked very hard to ensure that every detail of the project was performed on time. He communicated very well during the whole project. We never wondered what was going to happen everyday. Ryan not only does his job well, he is also very personable and just a really nice guy! The actual roofers that installed our roof were very skilled and paid attention to every detail. I can’t remember all their names, but Jose was heading up the team installing the roof and he was very pleasant and communicated well. A big project like replacing a roof can easily run into problems and delays but everything went very smoothly for us without delays. Our roof looks beautiful, with many of our neighbors commenting on how great it looks! I would highly recommend J&K Roofing.

He called me within 24 hours of my initial quote request, provided thorough information about our options, was never pushy, and was in constant communication during the project itself. The project crew were also great - our supplies were delivered within the promised timeframe, the crew were on time each day and hard working. The foreman provided a status update each evening before leaving and at the end of the project, everything was cleaned and no trash or mess was left outside. We would recommend J&K and use them again in the future if further work is needed on our house.
