J. G. Carpet Cleaning LLC

John was great to work with. He is honest, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through what carpet stains may not lighten, which I appreciated his honesty. He was thorough and efficient. Price was reasonable and fair. We definitely will use him again!

I can’t say enough good things about John. He changed his schedule around to make it work for us so we had clean carpets before our move. He was prompt, efficient, and went above beyond to get out tough stains. The place looks ten times better than it did before he came. Wow. Highly recommend.

Great job. I want others to know the quality of your work. My daughter had lots of paint spilled on the carpet due to missing the drop cloth as she painted her paintings. I didn't expect any of it to come out. Wow, most of it is out and the little left is barely visible! Price of the room was fair, but after… Read full review

Do not look any further to get your carpet clean. please use J.G Carpet. John clean my carpets in my home. He was very professional and an expert in his job. I have white carpet in bedrooms. They were dirty and stained. they came out almost new. The step carpet was heavy soiled. he did an outstanding job and a great price. Thanks JOHN

My carpets were a disaster, we have 2 4 year old pups and an area rug. John used this back and forth brush and removed all the deep dirt, all the old stains that I thought would never come out. His prices are reasonable, and he is very professional. I have used other services, but his actually cleaned the carpets and were still gone after it dried.

Great job very efficient 20 +year old carpet came out fresh and clean,he also cleaned the grout in the kitchen and hall . We highly recommend J. G. Carpet Cleaning

Great experience! On time, professional and the carpets look great. Highly recommend J.G. Carpet Cleaning,

We have hired John to come out and clean our aunt's basement carpets twice now after our visits with our dogs. John does an AMAZING job and our aunt reports that his work is impeccable!

I just want to say this is the best my carpet has looked in many years! I had my carpet in the living room, dining area, hallway and stairs cleaned by John 2 weeks ago and waited to see if any stains came back before writing a review. My carpet is a light tan and still looks fabulous and I can’t wait until I get… Read full review

We have used John to clean carpets for quite a few years. He is very professional, ethical, and does a fantastic job. He takes his time and gets our carpets super clean. We've never had our tile cleaned in 16 years. Today he did that for us and they look brand new. It was amazing. He is very prompt and you don't… Read full review

Great job. This is the 3rd time we've used JG and we're complete satisfied. Thanks John.

I am so glad I chose John to clean my carpets. His response to my email was quick and within a few minutes I was able to set up a day and time. His communications with me were great. He sent a text to remind me the day before and a text to let me know he was on his way. He was on time and looked at what needed to be… Read full review

If it was possible to give a 10 start review I would! My husband and I bought a new house a few months ago and I thought the rugs were relatively clean. After about 3 months by 3 large dogs and toddler son had taken a toll on our stair runner and hallway carpet. When I tell you they look brand new there is no… Read full review

STOP, using the yellow van companies or rental vacuums! Call John at JG Carpet Cleaning. He was quick with carpet inquiry, great with the communication and very friendly but the best part is the work he performed. After the passing of our dog who had bladder cancer caused some stains and smells it needed serious… Read full review

John was very responsive, professional, and did a very thorough job. He told me in advance of any potential problem areas (stains that might not come out) so we had clear expectations. Very Impressive! No need to look elsewhere; we have found the best!

I am so absolutely thrilled that I came across John. The reviews are excellent, but his work speaks for itself. He was so kind when I called and was trying to figure out what services were needed. He got me in within 2 days (our schedules just happened to overlap perfectly) and he gave me the quote instantly before… Read full review

John was great all around; he returned my call right away, made making the appointment easy, showed up on time, and perhaps most importantly, did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. Highly Recommend and will use again.

I had my bedroom carpet and an area rug cleaned I was very pleased with the results!! John was courteous, professional, and timely, his fees were very reasonable too. I will use his services again and recommend him to anyone who wants a good quality job done. Thanks again J.G.Carpet Cleaning Lorraine

John was great. Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable! So happy I read his other reviews and went with him to clean our carpets. He even took the extra time to dry vacuumed as much excess water as possible to help with the drying time. Would certainly recommend and will use again when the day comes!!

Super friendly! Super knowledgeable! Will use again. Strongly recommend!
