Nick is awesome! The best!
Came early 😁 took only 45 minutes.
The place was great. It just took way too long for my glass to be shipped
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about this company! After someone broke into my work truck, busted out my window, and ransacked everything, I was in a really tough spot. I called them at the last minute, and they got me in first thing the very next morning. They replaced my window quickly, professionally, and…
Amazing customer service! Replaced my windshield in less than 2 hours. Even called my insurance and helped me file my claim!
Excellent service! Very happy customer!
Both receptionists were really helpful. I made my appointment with Ashley. She was upbeat and pleasant on the phone as well as in person. I was told it would take 1 hour to 1hr and 1/2. It took about 45 minutes. The windshield looked good and I was given additional information about taking care of the new replacement. Great experience.
Great price and service. Trey was very nice and friendly and knew how to do the job.
The guy who came was very nice and friendly and he was fast as lightening I was and am very pleased at the time and effort and just how meticulous he was! Very professional
Get me in an out the door in a hr an half. Thank you
I still don’t know how they did it so fast! I brought my car in with a shattered back window at around 8:00am. The manager drove to Memphis to get the replacement window, got back, it was perfectly installed, all before 3:30! What amazing service!
Trey was very nice, professional and respectful! He did a Beautiful job with my windshield replacement! He was informative about telling me do and don't about windshield replacement.

I was referred to Jack Morris by the Toyota dealer. They drove and hour to get to my home and did the windshield replacement in the driveway. Fast and easy ( for me). Good prices and great service.

My experience was the best . No run around. Very professional and was really quick! I'll always choose Jack Morris!
Great experience. One day service. Professional office staff and excellent installation.
Fast service
The replacement was fine but there was glass in the latch and the back door would not close, so I had to deal with that. I thought the tech would make sure it closed properly.
Talked to someone one day and they were there the next day and got my new windshield in. Friendly and fast!
Highly recommend

Nick was awesome
Technician communicated very well of when he would arrive - and even called to state he would be arriving early. Technician was not bothered by the dogs we have.
Great, friendly service. Was able to accommodate my work schedule.
They started right on time. Had a nice waiting area, clean and cool. The work was done in one hour just like they said. My price was a match with another glass company beat their price by five dollar. I will recommend to anyone that needs glass work on their car.
Good Service and fast
