Exceptional customer service. Service guy was super nice and professional. Did a great job and interacted with me on a good customer level. Would highly recommend!

In and out in 15 minutes. Can’t tell where the rock chip was!

I made my appointment for a Monday morning and they were very nice and got me in right away. The new windshield looks great! Thank you for the prompt service!

Your technician showed up at my office. Was very pleasant. Job was finished quickly. Receipt was emailed. Mission accomplished easily and efficiently. Happy customer!

Went to get windshield rock pecks fixed …excellent customer service and not a long wait time !!!

Great service and pricing. We had a rock chip fixed in about 30 minutes and looks fantastic!

Excellent customer service! Courteous, kind, respectful and efficient’ Highly recommend!

Goood job

The personal where very friendly and professional and timely.

Happy a small chip in the windshield. They hot us in with no waiting. Chip was fixed in a timely manner and the price was extremely reasonable!!! Very happy!!!

They do great work, but the AC was out and it was a miserable wait. I was only there for 40 minutes but someone said it has been a 3 week wait to get it fixed. So the folks there are doing great work, despite the relentless heat. (It’s September and has been in the upper 90s for weeks!)

Maybe the price could have been more reasonable thought it would be what I was quoted and didn't know they charged to remove old windshield plus additional charges.

Everything went well! Thanks!

Tyler did an amazing job. He kept great communication throughout the day so I knew when to expect his arrival. Speedy and professional at a price that beat literally everyone else’s. I can’t thank him enough.

Fast friendly service. Highly recommend

Jack Morris is my forever glass company!! Very friendly staff! Prices were lots lower than any of the competition! Quality company!!

Excellent job. 2 things could have made this a 5 star. 1. Communicate what time the tech is actually going to arrive. 2. Inform customers beforehand that you don't take checks any longer.

Im very satisfied with my windshield replacement Jack Morris did on my Lincoln town car. They arrived on time, and got straight to it. It was replaced in no time. I definitely recommend Jack Morris for your windshield replacement if you're looking for it to be done the right way 👍

Ashley very professional and explained what I needed to do after getting my front windshield replaced. Would highly recommend them. 👌

Very fast reliable service. Very nice lady at the desk.

The gentleman did a great job.

I was told that they would let me know the price before fixing my windshield but they fixed it first and then charged an outrageous amount in my opinion.

Wonderful experience! The company sent me a text message confirming the date they would do the repair and the technician called before he came to ensure I would be home. The technician (sorry I can’t remember his name) was so cheerful, so positive, and so respectful. He came to my house and had my windshield… Read full review

Great company. They keep you posted on when they are arriving. The technician was very polite.

Exterior signage indicated free windshield peck repair, fine print on signage noted otherwise…..be fair. Customer service person was fine, repair seems fine, repair time fine……ISSUE, did not even clean the windshield, very disappointed to have the repair done, but didn’t even bother to clean the repaired windshield.

Excellent communication from tech who came to replace the windshield. Arrived when he said he would and finished in the time he estimated it would take.

From the time I called, everyone was fits class. Very informative and great communication.

I had the window fixed on my vehicle 12/3/2025. The technician was amazing (very professional and helpful). My window looks like a rock never touched it.

Great service as always!

Fast, friendly service. And glass isn’t cheap. Wasn’t looking for a freebe, didn’t ask for one. But, the right side windshield of my big truck, they had replaced 6 months ago. Woke up one morning and a crack ran from the base 3/4 up through middle. Then began leaking all the way across the top. After removing the… Read full review

We were traveling through on a family trip with two small kids in the back, and we had a rock thrown on our windshield. I quickly searched for places around the area, and we found this place. They got us in immediately, and they kindly allowed us to stay in the car so as not to make the kids get out. Very impressed and thankful for the great service!

So today I went to Jack Morris Auto Glass, Jackson, TN to have a peck in my windshield fixed. Their website clearly states that they will file your claim for you including billing your insurance carrier. We'll don't count on it.
