They do great work, but the AC was out and it was a miserable wait. I was only there for 40 minutes but someone said it has been a 3 week wait to get it fixed. So the folks there are doing great work, despite the relentless heat. (It’s September and has been in the upper 90s for weeks!)

Maybe the price could have been more reasonable thought it would be what I was quoted and didn't know they charged to remove old windshield plus additional charges.

I went to see if Jack could fix a crack in my windshield from a rock and they assured me that they could. The crack on my window had just occurred; I took my vehicle to Jack Morris Auto Glass & i only had a short wait. The waiting room was nice. And I was given a good price for the service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a windshield crack repaired. They promptly got to it and I was on my way in 30 minutes. The price was good, especially after they told me about my insurance discount that I was not aware of. Could not have asked for more. I will return.

Don't waste your money! They won't acknowledge your warranty. They told me I had a lifetime warranty on anything that should happen to the windshield. Well the windshield cracked less than 3 months later and guess what. They didn't cover it

Exterior signage indicated free windshield peck repair, fine print on signage noted otherwise…..be fair. Customer service person was fine, repair seems fine, repair time fine……ISSUE, did not even clean the windshield, very disappointed to have the repair done, but didn’t even bother to clean the repaired windshield.

The Service with Jack Morris Auto Glass was excellent. They showed up at the beginning of the time windows that they gave me. My installer was very courteous. I highly suggest Jack Morris for all your auto glass needs! I got a chip in my new car's windshield that I just bought 2 months ago. I called that afternoon. The next day Chase came out and had it completely fixed in about 15 minutes without me ever leaving the house. They are phenomenal! Super helpful and professional as well as extremely affordable.

Installer was on time and was very knowledgeable and professional.

We were traveling through on a family trip with two small kids in the back, and we had a rock thrown on our windshield. I quickly searched for places around the area, and we found this place. They got us in immediately, and they kindly allowed us to stay in the car so as not to make the kids get out. Very impressed and thankful for the great service!
