Knowledgeable staff, courteous service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND
They started right at my appointment time, gave me a time estimate, and delivered on it. The ladies in the office were friendly and profesional. The guy that installed my windshield was knowledgeable and did a great job.
I had complete windshield replacements on 2 different trucks. The first truck was great! Awesome job. The second truck, they couldn't get a windshield in that was not damaged. They were able to install the 4th windshield they received. The local service office was great and took care of us getting the…
They came out and replaced the glass but my windshield wiper hose got crimped in the process. They sent someone back out and they repaired it with shrink wrap with promises to order the OEM part. It has been over a month and they have not contacted me to resolve the issue.
Professional and friendly! They do great work.
Excellent service. Great communication and quick efficient service. We needed mobile service and it was taken care of the same week. Highly recommend Trey

Nick was great!
Great, professional service. Techs had to come out twice because of an unexpected rain shower the first day, both were personable and forthright about about issues that arose during service. Would use again.
Nice and quick service. Thank you.

Lack of pride in their work and no honor in their guarantee. I have a gap in the cowl molding and windshield that I can literally put my finger in and the guy tells me that's normal and it will magically repair itself in a week or two, polyurethane cures in just a few hours and gaps don't just close themselves that…

Im sorry that I cannot remember names but the gentleman who came to install my windshield was nice and professional. He also answered my questions and made sure I was informed about after care for the few days following my installation. I did pay out of pocket but I still saved alot of money! I highly recommend Jack Morris Glass!!
