Jake was BEYOND helpful and understanding in the situation of our roof! We were buying a home and it continued to be delayed. He was so very communicative and helpful!! Big thank you to the crew and completing the metal roof in ONE day!! It looks absolutely fantastic!! Thank you so much again!!
5 stars for Jack the Roofer, all the employees - from sales to install to inspection were amazing.
We needed a complete roof replacement of our original 47 year old tile roof. We also had an attic fan and new gutters with leaf guards installed. Jack the Roofer offered a fair price, worked within our busy summer schedule, and took care of everything from start to finish. They always returned texts/phone calls…
Jack the Roofer came out and quoted me to replace my roof due to numerous hail storms. Everyone was polite and they explained all the details for a possible roof replacement. They offered numerous options such as Ice and Water Shield/Barrier (IWS), Ridge Vents, new gutters, screens, ect, which helps since who…
I've used this company more than once, so that should say something about them. I have known Jack for years and he has done both roofs and gutters for me. I have several rental properties and my personal residence that have all seen Jack. I recommend him and his company and I personally will use them again.
They did a job for me in OR. Just very professional all the way through. Excellent workers and quality. Highest recommendation. Can't do better than Jack the Roofer!
I count on my Roofing Contractors to be able to deliver on time, or we may not get to the closing table. Brad and Jack the Roofer never disappoint. I highly recommend them!
This company is first rate. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Highest quality people, work, everything. Respond to questions immediately, so helpful with suggestions, even if it doesn't benefit their bottom line. Honest, professional, complete the work quickly but with quality.
Brad came out to give a quote, friendly and professional service. Installation was quick, and gutters function again and look great. Call these people if you need work done.
Jack and his team were great. Luckily, due to the color of the gutter I choose he was able to get me in the following day after his inspection. I appreciate Jack and the rest of team for their quick responses and professionalism. Overall it was a great experience.
Chose these folks for a gutter install since they had great reviews and seemed to do really good work. Quote came in about 50% higher than others but we figured it was worth it to get a small job done well. The initial work was not up to par so we asked that they return to repair. They hopped a fence into our…
Our gutters were 25 years old and too small... and not adjustable. Jack the roofer replaced our gutters with bigger ones and make some repairs where water wasn’t hitting the gutters. Very happy with the upgrade and repairs! Definitely recommend their services!
I was totally impressed from start to finish. The contract was short and to the point, and terms were met. I was kept informed as to the progress, advised when the remove and install would take place, and the team showed up on time and did a quality job in less than 30 minutes. Excellent product and installation work. And the payment was easy.
Jack the Roofer did a great job on our project. We had an issue with ice dams forming over the winter and gutter problems. Jack suggested some better ventilation and we had new gutters installed. Ryan communicated well with the times that people would come work on the roof/gutters and when there was a hiccup,…
