Jake was BEYOND helpful and understanding in the situation of our roof! We were buying a home and it continued to be delayed. He was so very communicative and helpful!! Big thank you to the crew and completing the metal roof in ONE day!! It looks absolutely fantastic!! Thank you so much again!!
Highly recommend! Showed up on time and did a thorough evaluation of the roof. Recommended only what was needed and pricing was fair.
The most though roofer I have ever dealt with on my many roofs. I will use him from now on...so glad I got referred to him!!
Awesome company to work with. Super communicative and punctual! Thank you for everything!
We needed a complete roof replacement of our original 47 year old tile roof. We also had an attic fan and new gutters with leaf guards installed. Jack the Roofer offered a fair price, worked within our busy summer schedule, and took care of everything from start to finish. They always returned texts/phone calls…
Jack the roofer has been great through the whole process. They inspected the damage from a hail storm, gave an estimate, and other information. They then negotiated with the insurance company about what needed replacement. They even tried to get our gutters covered, but the insurance company would not budge since…
These are people who care. Great to talk to, great service. Will use their services again.
What an amazing experience! I've been struggling to find a good contractor to do repairs on my home. I called Jack the Roofer hoping to get an estimate on a roof repair from a hail storm. Jack came out to do a free estimate. I love how knowledgeable Jack is, and detected the repairs that needed to be done right…
Jack was responsive and prompt. He fixed some wind blown shingles and I’ll definitely use him again when the time comes. Thanks Jack!
While in the process of selling our home, we found we needed to replace our roof which also had solar panels installed. We were in a time crunch, and when we contacted Jack the Roofer and team, they quickly responded, completed this project right on time and it was quality work. Jack personally worked with our…
Very quick to respond and came out as soon as I called. Would use again!
Excellent service and support. Didn’t take me over the coals to get the job done and will use them for a lifetime! Outstanding service!!
The second time I've had this company repair my roof and perform a general inspection of the roof on a new home build. Both times they have been responsive and completed the repairs on time to my satisfaction. I will be continuing as a customer.
My roof tiles are apparently held on by bubblegum and hope, so Jack has been a frequent visitor whenever the wind gets over 5mph. His office is always responsive and gets me on the schedule ASAP, which is ideal when the damaged area is facing the street and your HOA is...*ahem*. He will also do roof-adjacent repairs…
Jack and his team were very helpful in getting a cracked tile replaced on my concrete tile roof. His team is very responsive and easy to get a hold of- even over the weekend. Jack completed a free roof inspection and was honest in that no other repairs were needed. Jack worked with me to make sure the color match on…
Jack was extremely easy to work with. He was on-time, professional, responsive and corrected our roof problems. What more could you ask for?!
This company is first rate. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Highest quality people, work, everything. Respond to questions immediately, so helpful with suggestions, even if it doesn't benefit their bottom line. Honest, professional, complete the work quickly but with quality.
I wanted to take a moment to give the highest praise to the entire team at Jack the Roofer! We were alerted to interior exposures by our house painters and the JTR team inspected and noticed damage beyond what we were expecting! They helped us get through the insurance process, get our roof warranty squared away and…
Very efficient service and a reasonable price. They were careful to show us the shingle damage and explain the repairs needed.
We have a newer house that ended up having some roof issues. In order to get an accurate view of what needed to be fixed we had Jack the Roofer come out to inspect. Turns out we need a whole new roof as it was installed incorrectly. Luckily we are still inside our warranty and it's getting replaced correctly. The…
they did a great job!!!
Reasonable price, excellent service. Our neighbors like him as well. Thanks jack and Catherine
We had employed Jack the Roofer a couple of years ago to install guards on all of our gutters (a stellar installation at a very good price), so when we discovered we had a small leak on the second floor that only appeared during periods of constant rain (of at least 6 hours or so), we figured it was probably the…
Jack inspected the roof over the deck ceiling that had a leak after heavy rain, likely from gutter overflow. He didn’t notice any major issues but he caulked a couple of spots that water could have gone through. He was courteous, didn’t try to push for an expensive repair, and didn’t even charge for the inspection…
Jack the Roofer and his team are great! I needed to have my roof inspected and he took the time to take care of it the same day for my insurance company. I tried a few other companies and it was a struggle getting a call back. Very appreciative that Catherine and Jack went of their way to help on such short notice.
Exceptional local roofing company. If you want to deal directly with a company owner and get highly responsive, quality and reasonably-valued service, then Jack the Roofer is a great fit. Jack and his team replaced a hole in our roof in March 2021. Jack's quote for this simple repair was some $600 less than a quote…
Jack came out and during his roof inspection for a leak, cleaned out some debris which was causing a damming issue and leak. He also replaced a cracked tile. Instead of an expensive and extensive roof repair he did all this for free. this is the second time I used Jack (gutter replacement) and i was also very happy…
Jack and his team were great! They came out quickly to take a look at my roof, and attempted to schedule my job quickly. Good ol' winter weather got in the way and we had to reschedule a few times. In the end they just squeezed me into the end of a day to avoid a snow storm coming the next day. Very nice and…
I would highly recommend Jack the Roofer. First they helped me with the insurance process, even meeting with the claims adjuster to help identify the hail damage. Then they did an amazing job replacing the roof. Couldn’t find a single nail after the job was complete. Super professional and helpful. Couldn’t be more happy with their services!!
Duplicate review, because I messed up writing about my experience. I was buying a house that needed a roof inspection done with only a few days left to get the inspection in. Jack was able to fit in his schedule and even got me back his findings that day to meet my deadline. Definitely very professional and timely…
