Super easy process, they handled everything with the insurance company and now I have a beautiful new roof.
Jake was BEYOND helpful and understanding in the situation of our roof! We were buying a home and it continued to be delayed. He was so very communicative and helpful!! Big thank you to the crew and completing the metal roof in ONE day!! It looks absolutely fantastic!! Thank you so much again!!
5 stars for Jack the Roofer, all the employees - from sales to install to inspection were amazing.
Replacement of concrete tile roof on house with stone-coated steel and ridge line ventilation in March 2026. Looks very nice, very competitive price, conscientious crew and project manager. Highly recommend. Pulling back insulation from new soffit vents has to be done by another outfit. Flat roof replacement on…
Everything went fine. The estimator, Jake, was friendly and knowledgeable and made some add-on recommendations that I approved. Installation of my new roof was only one day with a crew of 7. Only the lead guy spoke English but he was responsive and understanding of my questions. The only issue that I had with the…
Patrick was great to work with! He kept in communication which was important to me since previous company/contractor failed to do so.
The new metal shingle roof was installed well and passed inspection. We are very pleased with their level professionalism and the project. We highly recommend them.
Jack the Roofer did an excellent job on our roof replacement. Patrick was so helpful with the whole process. He met with 2 insurance adjusters and was involved with every step of the process. When we had additional questions, Patrick responded immediately. Would highly recommend using JTR for your next roofing…
Jack the Roofer and specifically Patrick helped me get a new roof. My insurance company denied the claim and Patrick came out and walked the roof with my insurance company and got the claim approved. I am so appreciative for their help with this. They are professional but also pay attention to all the little…
We needed a complete roof replacement of our original 47 year old tile roof. We also had an attic fan and new gutters with leaf guards installed. Jack the Roofer offered a fair price, worked within our busy summer schedule, and took care of everything from start to finish. They always returned texts/phone calls…
Jack the roofer has been great through the whole process. They inspected the damage from a hail storm, gave an estimate, and other information. They then negotiated with the insurance company about what needed replacement. They even tried to get our gutters covered, but the insurance company would not budge since…
I desperately needed a new roof and after several bids Jack the Roofer came through! They worked with me and my horrific HOA to get a price I could afford within my limitations of the HOA and I greatly appreciated that! We had very small windows to work with weather wise and the first open warm day they were all…
They did a job for me in OR. Just very professional all the way through. Excellent workers and quality. Highest recommendation. Can't do better than Jack the Roofer!
Jack and his crew are very professional and did a great job replacing our tile roof. We would highly recommend Jack The Roofer for all your roofing needs.
Jack's team provided me with a great new roof, fast, and under budget. Very satisfied!
I count on my Roofing Contractors to be able to deliver on time, or we may not get to the closing table. Brad and Jack the Roofer never disappoint. I highly recommend them!
Very professional and great attention to detail. They communicate what they have to do and why, as I had several additional layers that needed to be removed. I highly recommend this company.
I had other bids done and after talking to Josh felt they were my roofer. I chose Jack the Roofer since the bid was thorough and fast. Would refer them to anyone for their fast work on a timeline and constant communication during the process. Even after using an outside gutter installer they were very helpful…
I wanted to take a moment to give the highest praise to the entire team at Jack the Roofer! We were alerted to interior exposures by our house painters and the JTR team inspected and noticed damage beyond what we were expecting! They helped us get through the insurance process, get our roof warranty squared away and…
