I was very impressed with the whole process of working with Jack the roofer. Jake, the estimator came out and dressed my concerns. The price was fair and they did a fantastic job. Problem solved!

Super easy process, they handled everything with the insurance company and now I have a beautiful new roof.

Effective, local and experienced

Was a great experience if you can have one getting a roof installed. Everyone was professional, Job was complete completed as quoted and faster than expected. We definitely recommend.

Scam marketing. I clicked on a fb add they run that says they have an automated quote system that will quote your roof in 60 second with no sales call, no inspection, no pressure. This tool does not exist! They just gather your data to spam you with exactly the in home high pressure sales tactics that they pretend…

Jack gave a good estimate and was able to complete the repair quickly.

Jack the Roofer and specifically Patrick helped me get a new roof. My insurance company denied the claim and Patrick came out and walked the roof with my insurance company and got the claim approved. I am so appreciative for their help with this. They are professional but also pay attention to all the little…

Jack the Roofer came out and quoted me to replace my roof due to numerous hail storms. Everyone was polite and they explained all the details for a possible roof replacement. They offered numerous options such as Ice and Water Shield/Barrier (IWS), Ridge Vents, new gutters, screens, ect, which helps since who…

Jack the roofer has been great through the whole process. They inspected the damage from a hail storm, gave an estimate, and other information. They then negotiated with the insurance company about what needed replacement. They even tried to get our gutters covered, but the insurance company would not budge since…

quick response and quick repair. I had repairs inspected by a contractor and he said good job.

A while back my son had a major leak on his roof and into his kitchen ceiling and was very pleased with the quality of work Jack the Roofer did in repairing all of it. So when I had tile damage on my roof, my son recommended Jack. I contacted the company and Jack personally came out, giving me an extremely fair rate…

Met every schedule for organized deliveries of products..Was always on time, kept us well informed of every step.. Done in 6hrs with efficient skilled roofers that were curtious and pleasant! Left the home immaculate replacing everything they had to move to secure the tarps. Highly recommend this outstanding company!!

What an amazing experience! I've been struggling to find a good contractor to do repairs on my home. I called Jack the Roofer hoping to get an estimate on a roof repair from a hail storm. Jack came out to do a free estimate. I love how knowledgeable Jack is, and detected the repairs that needed to be done right…

My neighbor provided me with a referral to Jack the Roofer since he had previously used Jack's roof repair services and was very happy with his work. So, I contacted Jack the Roofer after the heavy hail and rain storm a week ago caused some roof leaks inside my garage. My whole experience with the company and level…

Jack was very responsive and didn't try to push a new roof like every other company I called. The repair was done a day early because of an in coming storm. I could not be more happy and know what company I will be using when it's time for a new roof.

While in the process of selling our home, we found we needed to replace our roof which also had solar panels installed. We were in a time crunch, and when we contacted Jack the Roofer and team, they quickly responded, completed this project right on time and it was quality work. Jack personally worked with our…

I've used this company more than once, i have used them to replace tiles on my roof which were blown off with the wind, they came on time and fixed them perfect. I recommend him and his company and I personally will use them again.

My roof tiles are apparently held on by bubblegum and hope, so Jack has been a frequent visitor whenever the wind gets over 5mph. His office is always responsive and gets me on the schedule ASAP, which is ideal when the damaged area is facing the street and your HOA is...*ahem*. He will also do roof-adjacent repairs…

Very professional and great attention to detail. They communicate what they have to do and why, as I had several additional layers that needed to be removed. I highly recommend this company.

Jack was prompt. He located and repaired wind damaged shingles. Second time I used Jack for repairs. Again, responsive, quick and thorough. Took before and after photos of work. Trustworthy.
