This was my first time with Jackson Hewitt. Vicki L.was my tax preparer and what a wonderful lady. As soon as I walked i was greeted with a smile and a kind introduction. She took all my stress away. I will be back Vicki. Thank you for your service and all your kind words. I left the office feeling great.
Best thing is I walked right in without an appt to get my taxes done late afternoon on the 14th. The 3 accountants there were friendly and happy even though it was about 4:30… and they were going to stay open till 8. Perfect for other procrastinators .
Every year Cheri Morales does an exemplary job of preparation of my tax returns. She is well versed in the latest rules and laws regarding excemptions and requirements. Always a pleasure to do business here! Thank you!
The ladies at the Maple Grove/Fairview location are wonderful!

Today my husband and I had an appointment with Vicky and to say we are grateful is an understatement! She’s a busy lady,…

My tax preparation person was Vicki. She did an amazing job. She even got me in early for my appointment. 1 day service, she saved me a $140 of what I was going to be charged by H and R block. I am now going to do my taxes at Jackson Hewitt, off of Fairview in Boise Idaho. They are amazing, very welcoming, great…

Vicky was fast and friendly explains everything in detail. Would definitely go back next year to her
Vicki is super friendly, fast and efficient!!!!!
I make sure to get here 10 minutes early from my appointment with my 4 children and I walk in to 4 other people already waiting. Why have a "schedule appointment" section if I am going to be here at the time I'm supposed to and still have to wait an hour. Very unprofessional for people who have children or other obligations.
Vicki Leconte is the absolute best!!!!
