However, several low-star reviews cite significant issues with pricing, including complaints about high costs for simple returns and being pressured to book additional appointments. This place does not deserve a star but couldn't move forward without choosing at least one. Waited 45 minutes past appointment time. Person that had a later appointment was helped before we were. I cannot express enough how happy I am that we went to Benda for our taxes! She is absolutely a joy and got us the best refund we’ve had in years. Thank you Brenda! You are amazing!
This place does not deserve a star but couldn't move forward without choosing at least one. Waited 45 minutes past appointment time. Person that had a later appointment was helped before we were. Brenda made it seem as though she did not want to help us. Simple 2 W2 return and the charge was over 600 dollars but preparer got it down to 309. Price gouging is not acceptable. Preparer stated that the reason for the high price was due to the deadline being days away. No extra work was done just couldn't make it in before then. First time customer and won't go back.
