I am not a client of Jacob Realty but they are showing my apartment currently. They tour my apartment multiple times a week. Late hours, no consideration, and rude texts.
I work with Muhammed Yildiz who has been very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I appreciated that the beginning of the process moved quickly and was straightforward. However, after the initial apartment approval took place, we were given an unclear timeline and misinformed about getting a payment plan. I think that if the entire process had included clearer communication and expectations I would be more inclined to work with them again.
Everyone we have dealt with has been very friendly but there have been a couple things that have been concerning. We were given an unclear timeline of when our initial payment of first, last, security deposit, and broker fee would be due. We were given the impression that we would have a payment plan, but were then blindsided by being told we would owe thousands of dollars the next day. Additionally, we submitted all of our payments, but were told we still owed $1500, after we had sent proof of all payments. This error was corrected only after we asked them to double check their accounting.
