I couldn't be happier with the tub removal, walk-in shower installation, that was completed in my master bath by Jacuzzi installers, Xavier & Brishna. They arrived on time. Worked steadily from demolition start, to installation finish, with very few, if any breaks. Should I decide to do the same renovation in one of…
Jack and Isaiah did a great job on our bath to shower conversion. They were professional and courteous. They showed up on time and cleaned up after. The shower looks great.
We had our Jacuzzi shower installed through Costco, and the crew of Xavier, Brishna, and Wyatt was great from start to finish. They arrived on time, communicated clearly at every step, and were very detail-oriented. They were also genuinely nice to have in our home, a little funny and very charming, which made the…
Xavier, Brishna, and Wyatt installed a new shower for me. It's a great team! Very professional and friendly! I enjoyed meeting them!
Where to begin? We stopped at Costco to talk with representatives for this Jacuzzi shower promotion and scheduled getting a quote for replacing our master bathroom shower. We're also redoing everything else in there but that's another story. The sales rep came to the house and did a very thorough evaluation and…
Great experience thanks to Drew and Mahmud who were professional, polite and managed to keep everything clean and contained. The whole job from start to finish took them around 8 hours and looks fantastic.
New showers look great . Alexis and Brian did a great job.

I went through Costco to get a Jacuzzi bath remodel. It took about 90 days to get it installed after order was placed. It seemed like a long time. Jacuzzi did follow up with me but didn't know when it would be ready, except the 90 days after order. Finally got a call that they would be out soon. They called and…

Awesome experience with Jacuzzi. My new shower was installed in one day and Omar and Sammy did a fabulous job.
Professional and excellent work.
Jean and Isaiah worked extremely hard, explained everything and left the bathroom in a clean condition and a beautiful new shower! We don’t think they even took breaks and worked for two whole days.
Our technicians ( Jason and Jay O ) were courteous and professional. They arrived on time and did a great job of removing a tub and replacing it with a walk in shower. We are so pleased with their work and cleanup. I would recommend them both as smart and experienced construction specialists. John Beasley
From start to finish we had a great experience and received a beautiful shower. Jack, Alexis and Mahmud our installers were outstanding and made sure we were included in what they were doing and placement of accessories. So very pleased with our decision.
This was one of the best experiences we have had. I want to give a shout out to Khalid and Jay’o. They were here for 10 hours working nonstop and did a beautiful job. I want to give a shout out to Terri Johnson too with getting this all together for us. Thanks, Marilyn Ryan

Jacuzzi did an excellent job on my tub to shower conversion. Khalid led the remodel with great communication, stellar workmanship and no mess. I’m impressed. Thank you Jacuzzi!
The crew was on time, professional, polite, and completed everything in a timely fashion! The walk in shower looks great and I was told how to care for the new shower. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and it looked like the way it did before they started! Kudos fellows!…………and Jacuzzi too!
They did a great job, but they didn't put everything back and didn't completely cleaning up. They left silicone on my sink and on the floor, and can't find where they put my shampoo and body soap.
Very nice team. Worked hard all day. Extremely polite and considerate. Had a floor tile break and worked hard to replace it. Great day!
Very impressed with JBR from the initial consult to the installation process. We met with Brad Schafer, who led us through our consultation, explaining everything thoroughly. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the company which helped instill trust and confidence in who we would be working with. Once we decided…

Very unprofessional. I had two scheduled appointments for estimates. The first one I got a call a few minutes prior to the appointment time telling me they weren’t going to make it and asking me to reschedule. I rescheduled for the same time a couple days later. This time they didn’t show up at all with no call to…
Incredible attention to detail and fast install! They asked us for placement preferences with the caddy and shelves as they worked and it's perfect!
