I remodeled one of my bathrooms by myself and the master with some plumber help. Both of which took me 4 to 5 weeks. We needed the kid's 25 year old bathroom tub and shower updated. I was not inclined to do it myself again - tearing out tile shower and steel tub, purchasing everything, redoing the plumbing and then… Read full review

***I've updated my review.**** My install team was awesome. The tub is great. I still haven't received my promised Costco gift card. I've called weekly only to get a response of a manager will call you. I never get a call. Don't hold your breath on getting your gift card. Almost a year since I signed my contract.

Two installers replaced our bathtub with new shower. Did great work and we are happy with install.

We were in need of a bathtub/shower upgrade. We spoke to a couple of companies and Jacuzzi was a no brainer for us. Our project is backed by a good name and a relationship with Costco.
