I couldn't be happier with the tub removal, walk-in shower installation, that was completed in my master bath by Jacuzzi installers, Xavier & Brishna. They arrived on time. Worked steadily from demolition start, to installation finish, with very few, if any breaks. Should I decide to do the same renovation in one of…
They arrived in the morning and were finished by 4:30. The shower looks great and we are happy with the results.
Tub, shower installation with new fixtures. Xavier and Wyatt were courteous, prompt and efficient with their work. They explained the process and went over the use and care of the product. Very pleased.
Xavier and Brishna are top notch. They professional and communicated through the whole process… They made sure they delivered to me a top- notch product. I really appreciate the care and pride they showed in their work. My shower is beautiful.
I had a new shower installed. I'm happy with the the quality, price and warranty. Mike and Dante are excellent. They verified the product was what I expected, explained the process and keep me updated through the day...asking for my input as needed. I'm satisfied and would recommend Jacuzzi.
I had a wonderful technician, John Salgado, and his assistant Keanan. John is fabulous, taking his time, perfectionist, absolutely does his best work. I have worked with John twice and of all the technicians/installers I had, John is tops! Keanan was paying attention and learning. John was making sure Keanan…
Kylan and Khalid worked a long day remodeling our shower space in our master bathroom. They were considerate of our home and family, answered our questions and were easy to work with. Thank you both!

We had two showers replaced by Jacuzzi. We were fully impressed with both installations. The technicians were professional and accommodating. Exceptional workmanship and professionalism. Technicians Mike/Donte provided excellent service. Continual updates on status of the project was very appreciative. High-quality installation from start to finish. Highly recommend for future bath remodeling projects. A great team.
Xavier and Keanan did an excellent job removing the old shower and installing the new one!
Very impressed with JBR from the initial consult to the installation process. We met with Brad Schafer, who led us through our consultation, explaining everything thoroughly. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the company which helped instill trust and confidence in who we would be working with. Once we decided…
Install of shower was great! Omar and Benji were such nice young men and walked us through the entire process as they worked throughout the day. It was wonderful to have the work done in one day and all of the old debris cleaned up and hauled away. Would recommend to anyone considering Jacuzzi.
Jay’O and Khalid came in and went straight to work, professional and on time. They worked so hard and completed the job beautifully. They even were super sweet to my children that keep peeking in on the job.
Our installers, Pablo and Brian did a great job. They arrived on time as scheduled and we were not subjected to the all day arrival window that most companies are inclined to do these days. They took great pains to protect the flooring in our home as they completed their work. Ultimately the job was well done and we are pleased with the results.
Xavier and Alexis took out my old shower and bath and installed our new Jacuzzi shower, and we could not be any happier with both the end product as well as their professionalism. They explained every step of the process and answered all of our questions as they went. They were fast, friendly, and most importantly,…

Xavier and Benjy did an awesome job installing my new shower. They were on time, courteous, polite and respectful. Complete pros. The sales presentation was well prepared and the rep did a great job explaining all involved. There was a slight mixup on the glass door inclusion in the deal but an adjustment was made…
Jason & Jack they were the best installers. I couldn’t be happier with my new shower.
My 2 technicians were great! Xavier and Jack were on time and worked and cleaned up to the job was complete. The only issue the technicians had was that my pan was oversized and were not able to check the drainage at the shop. I would recommend that for larger shower pans the technicians have an able way to check…

Khalid, Jean and CJ arrived on time and set up so quietly and quickly that we knew things would go well. They did and then some. Old double tub and shower were quickly pulled out over covering the guys laid out from bathroom to front door. It’s an older home so we were glad to hear there were no plumbing concerns…
This was a Jacuzzi bath remodeling job involving demo of an existing overly wide walk-in shower and replacement with a custom fitted Jacuzzi shower with a smaller footprint to provide space in my tiny bathroom for a larger vanity. The shower demo and installation team, Khalid and Kendrick, was very diligent, prompt,…
