Sergio and Jack installed a walk-in shower at our home. They were extremely polite, professional and did an amazing job! Mere words cannot describe the top notch quality of their work. Every time we look at the completed project all we can say is “WOW!!!”

Both Xavier and Benjy were great! Polite, answered all questions, worked non stop all day. Finished product looks wonderful. A huge improvement to what was a dingy blah shower. Would recommend highly.

The team that arrived where genuinely kind, professional, very knowledgeable and were done in 1 day!! The installers were very thorough and left the area spotless. I would recommend their services without a seconds hesitation.

I just recently hired Jacuzzi to remodel my bathroom tub and shower. I’m extremely happy with the results and professionalism of the entire team. Pablo and Brian did an amazing job transforming my bathroom into something I’m proud to enjoy! Thank you to the entire team!

Xavier with help from Alexas and Benjy were professional and did a great job installing our new shower.

Pablo and Brian arrived right on time. They were very courteous and professional. They did a great job explaining the process and worked nonstop to complete the project. We are extremely happy with the final product.

I remodeled one of my bathrooms by myself and the master with some plumber help. Both of which took me 4 to 5 weeks. We needed the kid's 25 year old bathroom tub and shower updated. I was not inclined to do it myself again - tearing out tile shower and steel tub, purchasing everything, redoing the plumbing and then… Read full review

Pablo & Brian did a great job! They were very professional, neat, and quick.

We had 3 bathrooms done so I've posted 3 reviews. One was a shower and two were tub/shower combos. Pablo and Brian did the 3rd bathroom today. They did great work and they were friendly and professional. We're very happy with the work of all three teams.

Jason and Kendrick were as nice and professional as they could possibly be. They worked diligently from 8:00-5:00 and never even took a single break. The work and craftsmanship they did installing our new shower and removing all of the old tile and fixtures was incredibly top notch. These guys showed up ten minutes… Read full review

Daren, and crew, did a fabulous job for us. We were so impressed with his work, that we specifically requested him for the completion of the job. I highly recommend Jacuzzi for a tub replacement and platform rebuilds.

Five stars is not nearly enough to convey my satisfaction with my Jacuzzi shower install! Xavier and Thomas were the absolute best! They were timely, courteous, hardworking, and respectful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results of the shower install! They put in a more than 12 hour day to ensure that I was… Read full review

The crew came, did their job, explained everything to the detail, cleaned up after themselves. Job well done guys

It took over 2 months after contract for shower to be installed and someone call every week to see if we had questions and now no one wants to talk to us. The shower was detailed to us in sales visit with solid wood behind acrylic and pick fixtures. We have soft spongy spots in walls and told anything other than… Read full review

Elias and Xavier are the perfect team. I highly recommend their services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love the initial presentation by David Paschall. Then it got even better with installation day! Xavier and Jose and Michael did such a great job taking out the old tub/shower combo and installing our beautiful walk in shower. Any questions we had, they answered and Xavier helped with one mix up from when I changed the order.

Mike and Erik did a great job installing the shower in the guest bathroom of our basement. It looks beautiful!

Xavier and his crew did a great job. They came on time, called when they said they would and went above and beyond to be helpful. Ronnie and Mike also had to come by to repair some plumbing and they were very professional and helpful too. Our new shower looks great!

This company was great from start to finish! We got our old moldy shower (from leakages and rot so bad that we could smell the mold and mildew) completely taken out and a new one installed by this company, all in one day! Elias and Xavier arrived at 8am sharp on the day of our appointment and got right to work. They… Read full review

Our experience with our remodel was nothing short of superior. We got off to a great start with Kerriem who gave us a quote on our design options. About a month later our installers Elias, Xavier, and Edwin placed an exclamation point on the install. They found we needed a subfloor for proper installation of the… Read full review

The team of Daren, Cameron and Mike did a great bath remodel and install, and completed the work in 1/2 the time: one day instead of two as described by the salesperson. A minor cosmetic issue was corrected in less than 24 hours and we are excited to begin using the shower and tub soon. In spite of the delays with… Read full review
