Jacuzzi did an excellent job on my tub to shower conversion. Khalid led the remodel with great communication, stellar workmanship and no mess. I’m impressed. Thank you Jacuzzi!

They did a great job, but they didn't put everything back and didn't completely cleaning up. They left silicone on my sink and on the floor, and can't find where they put my shampoo and body soap.

Pablo, Sean, and Keanan came and replaced our old tub with a shower. They were efficient, professional, and did a great job! Would definitely recommend them and Jacuzzi.

We needed to have a leak fixed behind the shower and needed to upgrade the shower. JBR came in and sis a great job with the install. Pablo, Wanadi and Dante did a fine job with the project and left the place spotless. We would definitely recommend the company and installers.

Xavier and Jason arrived at my home on Monday morning. They both introduced themselves. They were very professional. They told me that they were from Jacuzzi and that they were coming to install my shower. They began to sit up their equipment when heavy rain and thunderstorms began but that didn’t tear them. I just recently hired Jacuzzi to remodel my bathroom tub and shower. I’m extremely happy with the results and professionalism of the entire team. Pablo and Brian did an amazing job transforming my bathroom into something I’m proud to enjoy! Thank you to the entire team!

Timely and professional. Had to reschedule once as they had the wrong part. Otherwise really good. They halved a wall and the ceiling was left rough. But I would recommend them to anyone.

I love my new shower. It is the safest I've felt in the shower since I left my farm 3 years ago. Thank you to a great team.

Xavier and Jose and Michael did such a great job taking out the old tub/shower combo and installing our beautiful walk in shower. Any questions we had, they answered and Xavier helped with one mix up from when I changed the order.

Mike and Erik showed up on time. They were pleasant and professional. They informed me of their process and made sure I was happy with everything they did.

The product is good. I went with them becuase they have there own installers. Even with the checklist that I signed, they brought the pattern, they installed the shower door backwards and had to change. Did not check the water connections before putting up sheetrock. Water leak in basement had to repair ceiling and… Read full review
