I couldn't be happier with the tub removal, walk-in shower installation, that was completed in my master bath by Jacuzzi installers, Xavier & Brishna. They arrived on time. Worked steadily from demolition start, to installation finish, with very few, if any breaks. Should I decide to do the same renovation in one of…
Tub, shower installation with new fixtures. Xavier and Wyatt were courteous, prompt and efficient with their work. They explained the process and went over the use and care of the product. Very pleased.
We had our Jacuzzi shower installed through Costco, and the crew of Xavier, Brishna, and Wyatt was great from start to finish. They arrived on time, communicated clearly at every step, and were very detail-oriented. They were also genuinely nice to have in our home, a little funny and very charming, which made the…
Jack and Mohamed were true professionals. They were in and out in just over 8 hours and did a beautiful job.
Very professional installation. The team—Drew, Sean, and KJ—arrived on time. They explained the process and options very well. After completing the project, they cleaned up the trash and debris. The entire project was finished in 7 hours.
Jean and Keanan did an excellent job with the shower replacement. They took their time to make sure everything was installed with great precision.
Very professional, installation was great !!
Mike & Donte did a fantastic job! The arrived a little after 9am and were complete by 6:30pm. That was truly a one day shower replacement.
We had two showers replaced by Jacuzzi. We were fully impressed with both installations. The technicians were professional and accommodating. They kept me in the loop all along the installation and answered all our questions or concerns. Was also impressed with their covering up of rugs & closets to minimize…
Jacuzzi did an excellent job on my tub to shower conversion. Khalid led the remodel with great communication, stellar workmanship and no mess. I’m impressed. Thank you Jacuzzi!
They did a great job, but they didn't put everything back and didn't completely cleaning up. They left silicone on my sink and on the floor, and can't find where they put my shampoo and body soap.
Great product quality and workmanship. Completed in a day even though many issues presented themselves including the electricity going out, twice! More than 2 hrs, and they worked with battery operated equipment and lights until the job was done extending their day a good 2 hrs. I was grateful they completed the job.
Install of shower was great! Omar and Benji were such nice young men and walked us through the entire process as they worked throughout the day. It was wonderful to have the work done in one day and all of the old debris cleaned up and hauled away. Would recommend to anyone considering Jacuzzi.
Xavier and Jason arrived at my home on Monday morning. They both introduced themselves. They were very professional. They told me that they were from Jacuzzi and that they were coming to install my shower. They began to sit up their equipment when heavy rain and thunderstorms began but that didn’t tear them. I think…
Mike and Brishna did a great job installing a tub to shower conversion in master bathroom and installing a new bath in another bathroom. Looks great.
Great experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Atlanta. From the salesman to the installers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jason and Brian were our installers and they did a fantastic job - very friendly, efficient and thorough. Here are our before and after pictures. We love our new shower!

Mike and Manny did a fantastic job installing a Jacuzzi shower in my main bathroom. They worked diligently for over 12 hours. They were friendly, considerate, and made the extra effort to make sure my home was clean after they finished the job. Thanks to Mike and Manny for a job well done!

The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the finished shower looks absolutely beautiful. They kept the work area clean, communicated…
Our installers, Pablo and Brian did a great job. They arrived on time as scheduled and we were not subjected to the all day arrival window that most companies are inclined to do these days. They took great pains to protect the flooring in our home as they completed their work. Ultimately the job was well done and we are pleased with the results.
Jason and Jack were very nice and professional and did a neat, clean job. We are very pleased with the new shower!
Mike & Jack both were very professional and worked hard all day.
Thank you so much for coming out today. Xavier and Alexis did an amazing job. They were on time and very professional.
Drew and Benjy were great, on time, did a great clean up, answered my questions, provided explanation how to work and handle glass doors of my new stand up shower.
Your installers, Khalid & Kendrick, did a wonderful job. They told me what to expect throughout the day. They were very communicative. The installation went well. I am very happy with the results
This was a Jacuzzi bath remodeling job involving demo of an existing overly wide walk-in shower and replacement with a custom fitted Jacuzzi shower with a smaller footprint to provide space in my tiny bathroom for a larger vanity. The shower demo and installation team, Khalid and Kendrick, was very diligent, prompt,…
The project turned out much nicer than I imagined. The installers were extremely professional. Highly recommend this company for your bath remodel projects.
Only took 1 day. The installers were awesome, respectful, knowledgeable, AND CLEAN! My installers were Sergio & Jack. Two of the sweetest young men ever!
Both Xavier and Benjy were great! Polite, answered all questions, worked non stop all day. Finished product looks wonderful. A huge improvement to what was a dingy blah shower. Would recommend highly.
Best Professional install I’ve ever experienced.
We had our new shower installed today. Khalid was right on time and very professional. The quality of product and their work was over the top good. I would highly recommend utilizing them for your bathroom remodel.
We need a full bath remodel but decided to do most of the work ourselves with the exception of the wet spaces. Costco has an amazing partnership with Jacuzzi and we got a great deal through them. We had the print 1986 jetted tub totally removed and then expanded the shower to a walk-in shower. They did demo and…
Xavier with help from Alexas and Benjy were professional and did a great job installing our new shower.
Adam did great job setting us up for shower replacement, and Xavier & Aiden did great job and were very efficient with installation.

Wonderful experience all around! We love our new shower!!
We had 3 bathrooms done so I've posted 3 reviews. One was a shower and two were tub/shower combos. Pablo and Brian did the 3rd bathroom today. They did great work and they were friendly and professional. We're very happy with the work of all three teams.
I love my new shower. It is the safest I've felt in the shower since I left my farm 3 years ago. Thank you to a great team.
Jason and Kendrick were as nice and professional as they could possibly be. They worked diligently from 8:00-5:00 and never even took a single break. The work and craftsmanship they did installing our new shower and removing all of the old tile and fixtures was incredibly top notch. These guys showed up ten minutes…
TJ and Sergio were so hardworking and did a wonderful job. They are to be commended. TJ worked alone the first day but did the work of two men.
Great communication from start to finish. TJ and Sergio did excellent work and were very professional. Highly recommend this company and these two installers.
Had a great experience with the Jacuzzi guys: Elias, Sergio & Darren. Part of the one-day installation was very difficult but the guys worked through it & got it knocked it out. We’re very pleased with the results.
Five stars is not nearly enough to convey my satisfaction with my Jacuzzi shower install! Xavier and Thomas were the absolute best! They were timely, courteous, hardworking, and respectful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results of the shower install! They put in a more than 12 hour day to ensure that I was…
Value we received was not what we were sold. We were told that the shower base was to be larger than what was installed. They installed one of their standard bases rather than the size sold. They changed installers in the middle of the project taking 2 days versus one. Due to the smaller size base, we were not able…
The installers Xavier and Ronny did an excellent job. I love my new shower. Thank you guys. Thank you Jacuzzi
They was very professional so kind and respectful I will highly recommend. They did perfect job they know what they are doing and how to do it. We Thank You Xavier and Jose From Jacuzzi Bath Remodel Of Atlanta Xavier / Jose (I recommend. )
It took over 2 months after contract for shower to be installed and someone call every week to see if we had questions and now no one wants to talk to us. The shower was detailed to us in sales visit with solid wood behind acrylic and pick fixtures. We have soft spongy spots in walls and told anything other than…
Very professional and knowledgeable of the product and installation. They did a fantastic job and the difference from our old bathtub TJ new shower looks amazing! My wife is excited to use the new shower!!!
Mike and Erik did a good job, they were friendly and professional. I really appreciate them explaining the process and they did all they said they would do. Thank you Jacuzzi for hiring good employees. Mike was excellent! 👍🏼 I put pictures of before and after.
We hired Jacuzzi Bath of Atlanta to remove a monstrous archaic 1990's Jacuzzi steam sauna shower unit from our 3rd story condo, and replace it with a beautiful new walk-in shower with all the bells and whistles. Mike and Ronnie arrived on time the first day and did a great job getting the old shower out and getting…
I had a tub shower combo converted to a shower. My installers Mike and Sergio did an excellent job and left the house spotless
Great to work with Elias and Nate
TJ and Sergio arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. They worked steadily throughout the day and completed my shower beautifully. They were conscientious regarding my home and inside cats. It was my pleasure meeting them.
Nate and Elias showed up on time, set up their workstation outside including tent and table, ripped out the old shower walls and pan, and had all the new stuff installed by about 7pm. I would recommend them, they were very professional and did a good job very quickly.
Mike and Erik showed up on time. They were pleasant and professional. They informed me of their process and made sure I was happy with everything they did.
The product is good. I went with them becuase they have there own installers. Even with the checklist that I signed, they brought the pattern, they installed the shower door backwards and had to change. Did not check the water connections before putting up sheetrock. Water leak in basement had to repair ceiling and…
The crew,Mike and Erik, showed up on time as promised. . Inspected the area to be worked on,explained how they were going to do the work, how long it would take and how long the water would be off. After meeting our huskies they went straight to work. They didn't stop until they were done. When all was done they…
I am super happy with my new bathroom that was done by these guys! The Work was extremely professional!
Everything from the first consultation to the installation was extremely professional. It was a seamless experience. We are very happy. Our shower is absolutely gorgeous and we are very excited about how it has transformed our bathroom into a luxury spa resort. It was all very affordable, they have awesome financing…
Austin and Sergio did an excellent job on shower installation Thank you
The scope of the job was to convert an old, 34 year-old tub and shower into a modern walk-in shower in the span of one day. The ceramic tile had been leaking to the extent of compromising the studs supporting the shower wall. On 12/14/2022, Austin, Sergio and Mike L. performed this conversion. They overcame the…
Our shower looks fantastic, and we got exactly what we wanted. Our installers Elias and Xavier were professional and walked us through every step of the install as it happened. We have a second bathroom that is scheduled to be remodeled as well and would love both Elias and Xavier to come back. Thank you!
Our experience with our remodel was nothing short of superior. We got off to a great start with Kerriem who gave us a quote on our design options. About a month later our installers Elias, Xavier, and Edwin placed an exclamation point on the install. They found we needed a subfloor for proper installation of the…
I set up an appointment for a quote on my shower and they never showed up. I called them a the representative told me that they will be pulling up as we speak. 30 minutes pass and they never showed up. I called again and she told me that they had to cancel due to car breaking down.
Zay and Ben were really nice and professional and they completed the remodel in great timing. My shower looks great and my shower feels like a luxury spa.
Great experience! High quality, professionalism from our two installers. Would recommend to anyone.
I would like to praise the two installers sent to remodel our shower area in the master bath. Mike and Jose were 5 star all the way. Friendly, courteous, informative, very polite and cleaned up everything. Their work is beautiful and finished in one day. However the shower door was not ordered in the correct…
Daren and Victor did a superior job replacing our old shower stall and plumbing which turned out as we expected. They were both very professional and courteous in every aspect of the job. Both myself and my wife are very satisfied with our new shower. We would recommend both of them to anyone in need of this type of…
